Reached Kathmandu at night around 8 PM with family including 1 infant and 3 kids 1. Booked 3 3-bed rooms but was given 1 4-bed room and 2 2-bed rooms and on complaining staff told me "online book karne mein aise hi hote hai" 2. The breakfast was included with rooms but only 2 options and very less quantity was available. The staff told me breakfast include hota hai to itna hi milta hai. 3. Additional 10% service charge added at the time of check-out. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking the rooms. 4. For the entire hotel, for I think approx 30 rooms, only a single AC remote was available. You have to call reception every time you want to change temperature. 5. The Wi-Fi is the worst thing in the hotel. 6. The food was very expensive.

1. I asked for boiling the milk multiple times since multiple kids were with me, the staff fulfilled the request every time. 2. The hotel is very close to the Pashupatinath temple.

Decor is old and looks it, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast choice was very limited (maybe because it was a public holiday though).

Rooms, beds, bathroom, reception. I booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 nights. First day in the morning we went down for breakfast where lady receptionist (forget name)mention they dont give breakfast with rooms and i have to pay. I opened my booking and it was clearly mention breakfast included. She still insist that there is no breakfast and opened her laptop and checked where it was also breakfast was included. Then she changed her statement and said, breakfast is only included for two rooms. I told her open third room booking and when she opend again it was clearly mentioned breakfast included. Finally it got confirmed that i have breakfast included for 3 rooms. She started murmuring herself as if like how does it happened and started saying that if i and my family have breafast we have to choose either pratha (chappati) or bread 1-1 each one. Can you believe i with my family eating 1 bread or paratha each. Hotel and its reception has probably some agent who stays outside and guinding reception what to as i noticed she keep callling someone. BIG SCAMMER!! At last, i have to take my family to next propeties for breakfast and spent additonal amount. And after we decided to checkout just after staying 1 night at the hotel. Again check time it was same lady recetionist whos was trying to verify to me that they dont give breakfast. I said, just check me out and will not stay there anymore. She even didnt try to refund my money for second night instead spoke to agaent ( i guess outsider) saying that its ok for me not getting reimburse for second night. Addtional Info: whole night there was big noise from next room and guest there was drunker and keep making noise. We even couldnt sleep well on the first night itself. I DONT THINK THAT IT IS SAFE FOR FAMILY TRAVELLER!! I will never ever think of going to that hotel or even location for staying. Thanks, Subodh
