Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. What I liked the most was the mattress, it was the most comfortable mattress I slept in 2 months traveling. Definitely I recommend it.

Somehow I had to pay 4% extra on my visa payment during checkout and it was not clear to me why (other hotels do not charge this).

Got an upgraded room with Balcony which was huge and lovely. Location is great and the garden a bliss in busy Pokhara. One of the first hotels in Nepal where I noticed house plants in the lobby, that is how green it was. Breakfast is ok and has some variety between the days. Food can be ordered to the room as well. Stayed longer than intended in the end. Did not try out the trekking service (in the lobby with own desk) but it seems very organized.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The best place I stayed in Nepal! Only few minutes walking to the lakeside, the room is very spacious, quiet and the cleanest I've found during my trip. All the staff is really nice and welcoming, they really make you feel like you're at home and they also helped to book all the activities, paragliding, transportation, laundry, etc. There's also a very lovely and friendly dog named Puku. A special thanks to the manager Dilu and Kriti, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely go there if I'll go back to Pokhara!

A great stay for five nights. Staff arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport (there is a charge for this). Rooms are good size. Our room was noisy the first night and they gladly found us another room. Staff were always around to assist with any needs. Breakfast was amazing and there were different things daily so it didn't get boring. Front desk can arrange any trekking or other things you could want and will offer suggestions. You can leave your luggage there while you trek, so that was helpful Prices for the excursions are very competitive. They will make a bonfire in the evening if you want. There are gardens to relax in and read if you like. Location is great for restaurants and it's only a five minute walk to the lake. I cannot think of anything negative.

Unfortunately, there was a communication gap concerning the dinner order. It seems that due to my late booking which was around 20:15,. Upon reaching the property, the staff seemed unaware of the booking, possibly becuase of to the late reservation made around 20:00 and no proper receptionist was there.

It is centrally located near PhewaLake, and the room, while a bit older in style, was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. It actually worth the price.

A fantastic place to stay in Pokhara! Very comfortable room & bed with a lovely hot shower, excellent all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast with unlimited tea & coffee, a beautiful garden to relax in, free refills for your water bottle, and delicious freshly-cooked Nepali, Indian, or western food available for lunch & dinner. Above all, the staff are super-friendly, efficient, knowledgable, & helpful, and the whole place has a truly warm, welcoming and relaxed family atmosphere. Staff can also arrange tailor-made tours, treks, and outings with experienced guides for very reasonable prices. I thoroughly recommend it!

I have been several times this hotel I often stay in this hotel for deluxe room is very comfortable and reasonable. This time I booked some activities too like paragliding, sightseeing and tour with very satisfied. This is organised by Mr diilu who is manager of hotel silver oaks inn , this time I found this hotel more upgraded all wel furnished all new beds new furniture and wel designed garden for good morning continental breakfast . Welcoming reception area, beautiful plants, friendly golden retriever names Puku. Rooms were spacious, clean, and shower was fantastic and hot. Staff were kind, personable, inclusive, friendly and informative. Food cooked fresh kin their restaurant and very delicious. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go!

Wet shower (not curtain to separate from toilet, very typically in this part of the world, water was pretty contained), they did not communicate that they wanted me to check in by a certain time, my flight was delayed multiple hours out of KTM (this happens all the time), I wanted to get dinner first but they told me to come to the hotel to check in since it was so "late" (9:00 pm) - I would expect a hotel like this to be able to accept late check-ins, it was a little annoying to receive so many messages and phones calls of "when are you coming?"

Large building, very clean, view of Machupuchare from roof, room was clean, shower was hot, they had one hair dryer to lend for free, outlets near beds, AC (for cold or hot) worked well with remote in room, room locks securely, bottled water provided on arrival, reception speaks English well, breakfast starts early, nice little garden for sitting at the front of the building, plenty of little convenience shops, a few restaurants and cafes on the street (which is off of the main street)
