Everything was perfect. The localisation is very central but still very quiet. you can go in the Main Street and to the lake in 5min. The staff was very kind and helped us arrange a tour to sarangkot and to catch the right moment to see the mountains as it was the rainy season. They have the most adorable dog !!!

Room had a lovely balcony. It was simple but very clean. And the staff arranged for me to get momos after my flight from Kathmandu was severely delayed and I'd had no lunch.

They claim in booking.com that the distance to the hotel from the tourist bus park is 1 km (instead of 3 km), what they know themselves is wrong information. Too eager and pushy to sell treks: they started before check-in and continued next morning at breakfast (it seems that the big money lies in treks). Without this trek selling mania, I would have rated this hotel full 10.

Absolutely beautiful garden and cozy seating area in front of the house. Puku, the Golden Retriever, is such a gentle and kind dog, anyone is welcome to pet him. Very clean hotel. There comes hot water even from the sink tap in the bathroom!

Since it's an old building, provision of lift is not there so if you're with elderly parents it may become difficult to do up down.

The ambience is full of lush green plants and flowers giving a natural scent. All staff are cooperative and well mannered specially front desk manager Sanjay who helped us get a nice cab for sightseeing in reasonable pricing.

It was difficult to lock the door. Both from the inside and from the outside. Also, I couldn't see the hotel sign because it was overgrown with plants. I like that denseness, though.

It was a very nice hotel with lots of greenery and flowers. The staff were all friendly and the dog was so spontaneous and cute. I apologize for the inconvenience of not informing them the day before that we would be checking out early in the morning. The staff was happy to tell us that if they had heard the day before, they would have prepared breakfast for us. Next time we would like to have a more relaxing stay.

It’s located in a prime location close to Phewa lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is tidy and hot water is available 24/7. People at reception and travel desk are amiable and really helpful in guidance.

Good location 5 min to lake, good rooms comfortable and clean but above all service. Sanjay in travel desk was great, he was always helpful with everything. Great guy! Also girl in reception was very friendly. Rest of staff were nice.
