NepalThis hotel was surprisingly misleading in terms of pricing. Thanks to my Genius level on Booking.com, I received a 76% discount and thought I had found a high-priced hotel at a low rate. However, upon arrival, the experience was terrible. The mattress was uncomfortable, and although I booked two rooms with queen-sized beds, only one was provided. The other room had a triple bed setup, which was also uncomfortable. The mattress in the larger bed was poor, and the bathroom was another major issue. It was dirty, the shower was clogged with only three working holes, making it difficult to use, and the amenities were subpar. Despite all this, the hotel charged $80 for this kind of room! In summer’s day, the AC is not functioning during power cut! Terrible!

NepalI wish I had each person's name to give deserved credit to these individuals. (You know who you are!) After arriving way past any acceptable arrival time due to circumstances beyond our control, we were given understanding, we were welcomed, and we were helped with provisional parking. Absolutely no complaint from the gentleman in charge. He was so kind to help me with much luggage and offered to help with anything else we needed. and the daytime gentleman made calls for us, advised us, and made every effort to save us time and money. He was efficient and very patient to offer solutions. He was cheerful and encouraging. Thank you so much to everyone at Hotel sublime! You will be our first choice if we make it plan to visit pokhara again!

United Kingdomthe walls are like paper so you can hear everything that is happening outside your door and through walls. There has been no hot water in the mornings for showers, early I. the morning there was no water in the tap to wash hands etc. breakfast was pretty poor. the level of cleanliness in the rooms/bathroom isn’t great. for the money you’re spending though I guess you could say you get what you pay for. but it would not be considered 3* in Europe.
the location has been good, close to lake side and the Main Street for food and shopping. laundry service has been good, was back with us within 24hrs.
