It has pool but not so clean. Everything is fine but I think you can get better with the price you pay here. If cost is lower it will be worth it!

The hotel is clean and well maintained and also very near from lakeside you just need to get out of hotel and you will find yourself in lakeside. Staff were very hospitable especially Mr. Yousuf Hotel Manager was very helpful he help us with the scooter renting taxi . Also Breakfast was very good with nice variety they provide fresh juice and french press coffee .will definitely stay next time.

I had a wonderful experience at Swapnabagh Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure my comfort. Firstly the staff were amazing. They were so kind, patient, friendly and professional, especially in helping my partner who had hurt his leg trekking. I want to mention the Operations Manager Yusuph Bhujel. He was so kind and friendly to us, offering anything we needed to make life easier. Thank you. I even met the owner who was lovely and has wonderful vision for the future of the hotel. The property was very new and immaculate. The pool area was lovely as was the bar area. The breakfast on room service was wonderful. Our suite was huge. The bathroom was lovely and the balcony had a wonderful view onto the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. A wonderful stay. I will stay again and recommend it highly.

There is a bad smell in the hotel yard and entrance. Also, in both rooms I found some insects (small cockroaches).

Good location, close to the main Lakeside street. Comfortable rooms, good shower. The air conditioning in my room was leaking and in the middle of the night the hotel staff moved me to a new room within a couple of minutes.

This place is in a great location - close to all bars, shops, and cafes. The swimming pool is pretty tiny but is alright. Great staff as well. We did not eat or drink anything there cause everything was so close! Suitable for families as well. Not the cleanest or doesn't really have fancy showers and huge rooms but for the price, it is pretty good and standard.

Everything was really perfect! The staff it's very friendly, you feel like at home! The room was perfect and the bed conforteble.. The breakfast was really good and tasty! I also enjoy the swimming pool and the bar.. they also booked for me bungee jumping.. the position of the hotel it's next to the city life.. I really recommend this hotel

The service and attention were beyond expectations. But one thing that could be improved was the pool that was not very clean. But I understood that they were doing some maintenance work and that’s why.

I was impressed with the personal attention from the Manager Yusuf and receptionist Shristi. My stay was too short (only one night) but I really enjoyed and felt like part of the family. I never received this exceptional service in any other hotel and thank the hotel team for the support during my stay. Looking forward for the next time!
