Excellent hotel with great staff. Meals were very good. The room was very clean and well maintained. The dining area is also very pleasant. There were no problems with wifi or any of the other facilities.

The breakfast and dinner menu was fine but could have been more exciting. Otherwise it was all totally positive.

Stayed 3 nights. Attractive and tastefully decorated and furnished hotel in very quiet location. Everything worked and the standard of cleanliness and servicing of the room was very high. Staff from Januka and Pratikshya on reception to the guys serving breakfast were welcoming and efficient without being over-obsequious like some places. Great location in easy reach of shops and good restaurants. Overall a high quality and excellent value for money choice for those seeking a restful haven in Thamel.

A great stay at Taleju Boutique Hotel! The hotel is on a very nice street in Kathmandu, in Thamel district. The room were nice, clean , spacious, with very good beds. The Wi-FI was great. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of different choices.

Nice, tidy and quiet hotel tucked away in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My luggage never arrived from my flight and they were happy to get it sent to their hotel even after I checked out. They called me when it had arrived so I could come collect it. Thank you!

Overall we were very happy. We had breakfast included, which worked well, however they could be more prepared for morning rush time for breakfast. We sometimes had to wait a short time for the food or dishes to be restocked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took good care of all our needs, always with a smile. Ms Januka arranged transport to Pokhara and back for us, and a day of sightseeing around Kathmandu with a guide.

Breakfast could have been better organized, there were always shortages of cutlery, food, glasses, missed orders with fried eggs/omelettes, for the breakfast period they need more than 2 gas cooking rings, 4 would be better. The staff did their best but they need proper supervision or at least some kind of direction to make things run more efficiently at breakfast time.

We stayed here several nights before & after our trek, and it was just amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, and the facilities great (water boiler, thee, coffee, water). Bathroom as per western standards: clean, toilet paper, hair dryer, hot water,... . The breakfast buffet was just amazing with plenty of choice for vegetarians (and some meat choices as well), good quality products. Location in Thamel, in a calm side street, which led to silent nights as well. We had a blast and would come back here without hesitation.

This is an excellent hotel for the price, conveniently located in Thamel. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and even upgraded our room as a honeymoon treat. Bed was comfy, everything clean. There's a pleasant and peaceful courtyard with a bar so it's possible to sit outside away from the hubbub of the city.

Just one thing to be aware - there is no lift. For someone like me (at my age) sometimes is a bit difficult to get to level3 or 4. Make sure that you request lover level rooms if you have same issue with stairs.

A beautiful and friendly hotel in the centre of Thamel, welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is just a short walk to nearby markets, main attractions and temples. The friendly staff is eager to help and assist from small requests to arranging trip or sightseeing experiences. The room and beed are very comfortable and very peaceful .

No pool and I did mis that.

Great art in the public spaces and in the room. That's what attracted me. The location was close to most things though a bit of a walk to the beach and Bangala road (about 15 minutes). The lobby was comfortable and open - but of course one cannot stop the cigarette smoking patrons over breakfast!

Rooms are not same as shown in app and booked. Difficult for senior citizens to access the room by stairs. Reception staff is fussy and lacks cooperative attitude?

Room amenities are good. Breakfast is fine and vegetarian options are ample.

Lovely peaceful hotel with beautiful garden. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and they were able to give us a room for another night and even gave us an upgrade. Thank you especially to Raj and Ujjwal who helped us :)
