My husband and I had an amazing experience here. Staffs were truly friendly and polite, always smiling and helpful. Breakfast at terrace area was our favorite moment, combined with western and local breakfast selections. Very good location, 5min walk to the lakeside yet have a quiet surrounding. No problem for shallow sleepers.

The restaurant manager, Roj math, barman, Himal, and manager, Ishwar, we’re the most gracious, hospitable, and courteous staff of anywhere we’ve stayed- Professionalism to a T. I had the most unforgettable stay at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days – it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the sheer beauty of the place. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with breathtaking terraces that open up to a stunning view of the lake surrounded by majestic mountains. It’s the kind of view you never get tired of. Our room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully organized – everything you’d want for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The pool area was another highlight: spacious, relaxing, with a cozy bar right there. Two charming bartenders made sure we always had everything we needed, adding to the laid-back yet luxurious vibe of the space. The breakfast that came included with our stay was absolutely delicious – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that changed slightly each day. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to every morning. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them. It genuinely feels like they never sleep – always present, always smiling, always ready to help. They went above and beyond for us more than once. They helped us arrange tickets, gave advice on what to do around the area, and even booked a spa appointment for me at an external salon (not their own!) and made sure I got a discount there. The day we had to check out, we needed to leave early – at 6:40 AM – and even though breakfast officially starts at 6:30, they had everything ready by 6:10 just for us. They even called to remind us, handed over our bus tickets, and packed generous lunch boxes at no extra charge. That level of care is something I’ll never forget.

I had an amazing one-night stay at Temple Himalaya Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, and beautifully designed, ensuring a relaxing stay. This is a fantastic hotel, i stayed there before & after my Trek . Brilliant location, great price, comfortable, rooms, great swimming pool & breakfast. But the staff where exceptional, Renu & Bipin in reception where first class .They upgraded my room to a suite free of charge & Roj Nath who looks after the hotel is very professional, he's always on hand to help you with anything. The next time im in Pokhara i will be staying there again

Parts of the hotel still being built including the spa. Also lots of major building work next door so very noisey. Lack of soundproofing so you hear everything from the corridors and rooms around you. Didn't feel we could really use the pool as builders coming and going past it all the time and next to the new building area. Hotel staff aware of issues as they gave us a bottle of imported wine and cheese to apologise for the noise.

Hotel very clean excellent rooms and bed and bathroom. Excellent staff used the hotel car and driver a couple of times and was excellent. Pool looks very nice gardens well maintained.

Lots of work going on. Lots of noise drilling etc workmen all over the place not their fault .etc . Once completed it will be peaceful. Stunning view of the mountain. Depends on the season. One day I saw the most beautiful view of the fishtail mountain etc. great memory

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but may have been because we were on the top floor.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly even getting us a free taxi to the bus station, and making us a packed breakfast for our journey! The room was very spacious and modern and very clean, and bed extremely comfortable perfect for relaxing after our trek. Fruit bowl and little biscuits on our arrival was a very nice touch. Breakfast was good with many options. Spa not yet open so we weren't able to use this but the staff were more than happy to recommend other spas for us.

They should provide green tea in the rooms, apart from black tea and coffee. Dinner is very expensive.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. The manager arranged trekking for me and he was extremely kind - generally the staff was the best thing about the hotel. Room was fine, nothing extraordinary. Choose this hotel because of the service - not room luxury.

The location is awesome, quiet but close to the Main Street and lake. The room is clean and overall amenity and breakfast are all great. Special thanks to the friendly staff at front desk who was very supportive to help find back the glass we lost and even help upgrade the room in our second stay (thanks Bipin !) :)
