The toilet and shower was not cleaned with detergent.

The beautiful place with lots of flower pots and little ornaments in the public exterior sitting places. The cabins - on the outside are very pretty. The staff were very friendly and helpful and thoughtful. The manager was great and helped us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was huge and had amazing views, we were lucky with the weather and could see the mountains from the bed. The views from the roof for sunrise over Mt. Everest were also brilliant. It was a very relaxing place to stay for a few days and recharge, after several days of travelling. We did the panorama walk and enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful gardens. The fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch.

Northing it was clearly the best place in nagarkot by far!

Great view, beautiful garden and cottages, fantastic staff, good food - after 10 weeks of travelling staying in a wide range of accommodation we voted this hotel our favourite and really didn't want to leave. We all loved it.

Property is a little dated but feels nice and rustic.

The location and staff were amazing. The views of the mountain range was perfect visible in the evening. The morning time it was fogged in but that's ok. Breakfast was more than enough with good variety.

Can't see the sunset but walking distance to temple nearby that has a view.

The sunrise at the rooftop is amazing! Staff were very attentive and yet non-intrusive. Even provided me with a cup of Masala tea while I watched the sunrise without me requesting. The garden was very well kept. The room is huge with lots of space to chill on the sofa or write on the writing desk. The heater kept the room comfortable despite it being so huge.

The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough

The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful, always there if you needed something. Great hospitality. The location is incredibly beautiful, the fresh air, the view of the Himalayan mountain range made it a great getaway after KTM. Good breakfasts served with honey from their own hives and homemade yogurt. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds.

Mine only complain that my room has no view on the mountains. It is located on the first floor at the corner and trees completely hide the view. So even it stated that all rooms overlook mountains it is not correct. Chose centrally located rooms on the second floor to enjoy the views directly from your room

The hotel is very beautiful and it is well located to see the mountains during sunrise and sunset. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a lovely garden you can enjoy walking or just having a cup of tea. The room was large and comfortable.

    Everything was great.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are spacious and mine had a gorgeous mountain view. You can watch the sunrise from the rooftop terrace. You can even order tea or coffee as you watch the sun rise over the mountains. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and lunch was great. I would highly recommend The Fort.

A tad overpriced for the room/cottage. Cottage facilities are basic and smelled a little musty. Dinner ok but nothing to write home about

The garden overlooking the Himalayas is the reason to come here. The hotel is very scenic compared to others

Shower curtain in the bathroom needs to change. Room's floor and furniture including cushion covers demand a new look.

Mountain view from our room was excellent. We were lucky enough experiencing Himalaya range in clear sunny weather. Breakfast and other foods (lunch and dinner) were very good with reasonable options. Staffs were very caring, friendly, and helping, they really own the property. The resort maintains a wonderful garden, that added an extra pleasure.
