The hosts were so friendly and helpful especially since we got sick unexpectedly. The guesthouse has a beautiful and calm courtyard, perfect for eating outdoors and relaxing in, a quiet haven away from the busy streets. Would totally recommend to anyone passing through or staying for a longer trip :)

We had a really nice stay at Melo Pomelo! Amer and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. The place offers an escape from the noisy Kathmandu streets thanks to the location on a small alley and the patio filled with plants. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and had a balcony ! If we ever get a chance to visit Nepal again , we will for sure come back to Melo Pomelo.

I really enjoyed this place. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious enough. The place is secluded away from busy roads even though it's in the middle of a crowded area. The value for the money is also really great.

In mid December Kathmandu was of course pretty cold, and the rooms are not heated, but the beds all had mattress heaters, so we slept well. Since we normally live in very hot Bangkok it was fun for us to feel chilly and bundle up!

Taxis have a hard time locating but the team is happy to help at all times with this.

Location is near to many things but quietly tucked away and felt safe and like home away from home. The communication was amazing from the staff from beginning to end. They were happy to help with any need at all. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
