Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sad thing is there wasn’t any choices of drinks at all just had lassi n coke i think . 😃 so need to improve on that . 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

The property provisioning is not upto mark for a rated property. We had to take a bath with cold water and the room we got on checking had a non functional toilet. On realising the same late night and were asked to move to another room.

Our room was at the 5th floor but there is this noise that keeps happening throughout. It is either the noise from the patio upper floor (from where we could view the town) or the lifts. I am very unsure but it stopped from midnight but the noise came back in the morning throughout.
Hotel has a lovely view at the top floor overlooking Machapuchare and the Lake!

Room lighting, washroom setup, also the washroom door lock was not working, hot water wasn't available in washroom during late night, welcome fruit basket wasn't fresh, lift service was unavailable during night time. This is an overrated property with substandard facilities.

Unfortunately it was very very Noisey, did not get any sleep for 3 days. Even had coaches turning up at midnight and they were all shouting all night all the way through the breakfast. No sound proofing.
The staff were lovely and helpful and good breakfast

Breakfast was terrible with no fresh coffee available. Tea in room but no milk to use it. We were only asked if we wanted the room cleaned the day before we were due to leave. No fresh towels or toilet rolls were supplied during our three day stay. Better options in Pokhara for less than this hotel charges.
Nice view from the room. Convenient location.

Opening the door was tough, the show to tap connection was switching a lot.
Decent property at the right location, just walkable distance to the lake. Good big rooms with view.

The breakfast is disappointing , no real coffee and . The general appearance of the hotel is worn out and tired . I cannot say it is a 4 star hotel ,2 or 3 at most .
The staff were amazing specially the young lady at reception was very prompt and attentive . The Manager was very niceand friendly. The location is very good walking distance to lakeside road .

Bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived. The room was incredibly sparse and furniture was very old.

The facilities are old, the room is not very clean, the bathtub is dirty, and the attitude of the staff is not friendly. The worst part is that the bathroom door not only cannot be locked, but it also cannot be closed unless pressed by hand. Once the hand is released, the door will spring open. Overall, the accommodation experience is not pleasant.
The floor-to-ceiling window offers a stunning view with distant mountains and the beautiful lake. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the lakeside, and it's quite pleasant for a leisurely stroll during the off-season.

you had to wait quite a time for the hot water in the bathroom, but I guess this is a local phenomenon you have to adapt to.
The location of the hotel is very nice, close to the main pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops. the staff was really nice and helpful.
