CanadaThe shower overflowed onto the floor and with no ventilation the bathroom smelt horrible. I dropped something on the floor and was surprised to see how dirty the floor was under the bed. We found the pillows extremely hard.
The manager was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Breakfast was good and freshly made. Rooms were spacious. We had a problem with noise our first night and were given a new room the next day,

Netherlands- They where making an elevator which was giving dust and dirt everywhere. Our room was next to this working place. The staff managed to get us an other room, which was less dusty and more clean. - internet was slow - complementary pick up airport was not exchangeable for drop off airport. - too expensive - toilet had issues flushing, the flush button did not always work.
- Friendly staff who tried to make us happy. - Comfortable beds.

AzerbaijanIt was a bit cold in the room and the AC couldn't work properly due to the problems with electricity. A lift is installed in the building so if you'd like to rest in the daytime it would be noisy. The blanket covers hasn't been changed, we asked to change but they did it the next day
The staff was very friendly. Location is good, 20-25 min by walk to the Durbar square. Breakfast was ok. And there was a transfer from the airport, that's great!

AustraliaThere was some kind of construction/demolition work going right outside my room, which was very loud and a bit irritating as I could not have any sort of daytime rest before my trek, after a long day travelling. I do think this is only a temporary issue but I would have preferred a room further away from the noise.
Rooms were really clean and spacious, the heating worked well and the beds were warm (a bit firm but that’s just personal preference) The staff were lovely and accomodating. Water, soaps, breakfast etc all provided, good value for money.
