Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location with a very nice breakfast. Rooms could use a little upgrading, but still comfortable. Staff was great, they left us a packed lunch for a 5am tour. Near shops & restaurants and meeting place for our walking tour

All is near perfect.
Property and location to include the staff are excellent. Picking up at the airport and welcome was seamlessly executed. Loved it.

But the breakfast needs a lot of work; it was the same during our stay, which made us quite unhappy. Breakfast mostly consisted of South Asian food; it ought to also have Asian food.
Overall, the visit went well, and the hotel employees showed great hospitality, especially Susan who was very proactive.

The noise in the rooms is very high, you can hear all the engines of the air conditioner so it was difficult to sleep. The staff were nice and changed the room but it was the same and it was smelling like cigarettes. Additionally, the court one for the shower was full of mold. Si de there is no separation between the shower and the toilets the whole bathroom gets very massy after a shower.
The breakfast is amazing. Is a buffet with varsity of options. The pillows and beds are very comfortable.

When shower was on, water went throughout bathroom. Didnt seem to drain properly
Lovely comfortable, air con room with big TV. Glad we booked executive suite which was a bit more roomy. Great location. Walk to most tourist areas and markets. Yummy buffet breakfast too. Enjoyed the hotel restaurant food also.

Very poor in terms of cleanliness and the photos they have posted in the app is I guess all old photos when they newly started the hotel the rooms are not clean I had to change the room 3 times and then finally got a little better room. The rooms are dusty, the towels they provided were not clean the washroom also wasn’t very clean in every corner of the hotel u will find dust, rooms or the restaurants where ever you go u will find
The only good thing about the property is the staffs they all were friendly and very welcoming

The cleanliness, a good hotel should NOT have coakroaches but this one did. The was not working, i did enquire about the TV and the staff tried to fix it but it did not work.

I stayed at Yatri for complete relaxation after coming back from month-long hikings of the Himalayan mountains. I enjoyed every minute of the stay, spacious clean room, yummy breakfast and soothing massages. However what Yatri's staff and their management did to me was something I never experienced. I left a travel wallet with USD and AUD cash inside in the room and returned home to Australia. Yatri had found my wallet and they tracked me down and contacted me. It is silly of me to leave things behind but I am glad to experience their integrity and to hold a wonderful last image of Nepal.

Everything was perfect
It's an excellent hotel. All staff, including the manager, were simply superb. The room is thoroughly exceptional, and cuisine is outstanding. The hotel is absolutely neat and clean. I will visit here again soon
