A bit of traffic noise from the road out the front but, that quieted down at night.

Loved the quiet garden area, a nice place to hang out. Nice sized room with a balcony overlooking the garden and beyond to the lake. Good food from the Cafe. An easy walk to the busy Lakeside area, though, I wouldn't walk it after dark as there's not much shoulder.

WiFi is working good only outside, but still with problems, in room it wasnt working at all. Im working online so it was a big problem🥲 Curtains on beds are really missed, with them will be more cozy and private

Very cozy and chill atmosphere, beautiful space with Lake-mountains view. Roof top terrace and Yoga shala were the main reason for me to choose this hostel=) comfortable beds and perfectly clean room, bedsheets. Friendly and helpful staff (my bus got late and i checked in at 4 am, thanks for this=)))

The music they played at night was a little too noisy but I asked them to turn it down by 10pm, which they did :)

I had a gorgeous room on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake, so beautiful! I loved all the outside space, the yoga space and the chill out spaces. The staff were super friendly, got me a kettle when I requested one and made sure I was super comfortable!

For the price paid, the value is good. Hot water was always available, the rooms were comfortable and contained lockers, fans and a bathroom, and the WiFi was good enough. The location has a great view, though it is a quiet place, so should you desire a more lively vibe, this area may not be suitable. There is an on-site cafe and the grounds are illuminated at night, and are very pretty indeed, though the cafe drinks prices are obscene. It really isn't that far to walk, so I wouldn't trust the Gmap estimate. Within 7 minutes you'll be on the main lakeside promenade. Again...for the price, this place is very good indeed. Free water is also available and they do have a card machine.

We were upgraded to the private balcony room when we arrived and it had a amazing view over the lake! Location is a 10mins walk from north Lakeside where there are lovely, chill cafe's and restaurants away from the more touristy southend. Staff were really helpful and looked after our luggage while we went on the Annapurna circuit for 2 weeks. Would stay again!

-curtains would be a nice improvement for a bit more privacy -you could say its a bit far off the city center, but if you want to go to lake side its still only like 10min walk -for further distances pathao is available in pokhara

-very clean -beautiful community area with a little pond and huts in the middle of it to sit on -good food -peaceful & quiet -very helpful staff, left my stuff there twice for hiking

Not super central in Lakeside, but I liked it since it was more calm and its only 10-15 min by foot to lakeside. People in my room were disrespectful at night with putting on lights and not being silent. But thats not the fault of the hostel. Curtains at the bed would be great.

Staff seemed really unbothered (except from the guy who also did the garden and one from Chitwan) and not happy to help you out. Didn't explain about the city bus you can easily take because it's far from the city, 10 min walk to the beginning of the town, so 30 min for the centre

Hot water is very difficult to get in the toilet. Leaking toilet faucets and push shower is very annoying. As well as the power outlets. They are very difficult to use as very often they looses the connection with mobile chargers.

The place is very nice with large outdoor spaces and activities. The views are stunning and comforting for the eyes and mind. Zostel is a little bit far from the lakeside, Pokhara but the walk toward the lakeside is very soothing. View from the room and balcony is worth the price. We liked their staff and hospitality. They are nice, and friendly.

everything is perfcet as it is

it is located just outside the centre, it remains in a quiet area with a view of the lake. there are several common areas with which you can socialise. the staff is kind and friendly, especially the receptionist who puts love into what he does. rooms are cleaned every day and if you need any information they are all there to help you out. best: outdoor area.

The only point of improvement would be the mattress. It was too soft and we could feel the springs. The staff was ready to help out and do something about the issue straight away.

Lots of quiet places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or to relax. We had to work three days during our stay but also went out for dinner at lakeside. It’s an easy walk, about 10-15 minutes. Staff was more than helpful and super friendly.

At first I stayed in the female dorm (on the ground floor) and there were a lot of people hanging out at night right next to the window (it was partynight saturday) and since those are not very sound proof, I had a very bad night. Later I asked for a dorm upstairs and it was better.

The staff was amazing, they helped you with all the questions you had and just the general atmosphere was very nice. The garden is beautiful and I spend a lot of time there just reading or talking to fellow travellers. Great if you want to escape from the people in lakeside :)
