We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Generous provisions for a continental breakfast and even a welcome drink were provided. Very easy to find our way to main centre of Hastings for restaurants for dinner.

‘Accommodation at Frimley’ is a great place to stay in Hastings. The place was very comfortable and extremely clean. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfy, the linen was good quality, and the bathroom shower pressure was great. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise and there was a takeaway shop just around the corner. The outdoor surroundings were spacious, quiet, safe and relaxing in a very good suburb. Leanne and Steve were extremely accommodating and wonderful hosts. Thank you both for making our stay at Frimley a very enjoyable holiday experience in the Hawkes Bay. We hope to come back again as we had such a great time. Joan and Martin
