Just like home (UK). Everything you could need with kitchenette, washer/dryer, big comfy bed and great chairs to lounge from. Huge jet bath and clean modern room. Parking on property and really helpful hosts.

One thing...they gave two pillows to each guest...one too hard and one feather too soft. It was too late to go to reception to ask for more. An additional feather pillow would be great.

Best place I have stayed in, all around NZ. Cleanest, tidiest, beautifully decorated and fitted out, bathroom spa bath the best we have come across, great kitchenette with even a washing machine /tumble dryer, safe off street parking. A lift and a flat place to park helps with the luggage, and a lovely view and large outdoor seating areas over the city and trees. Lots of windows in our unit, even the bathroom for good ventilation and light. Tv very good quality. A huge book of information on local area and places to eat. Wonderful toiletries, hand soap that actually foams, fluffy bath robes, and a pot for tea. Wow. Option for breakfast, and also a minibar.

The room was hot . And was disappointed when it says its got a balcony, but not big enough for a table n chair to sit and have a drink... I could hear the sliding door in the next room The body lotion in the shower Burnt my skin, on my sores and split finger

Everything really, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained and had every thing you could need for a stay, even a washing machine and electric blanket. Fresh milk was available in little reusable glass bottles which I thought was really nice and less wasteful than the usual cartons. The staff were lovely, location was great and it was free parking. The gardens were immaculately manicured. It was excellent value for money.

There is nothing to dislike about the Bluestone on George.

Beautifully planned, maintained and decorated. The room had everything you would ever need. A beautiful view over Dunedin.

Absolutely nothing

Everything about Bluestone was exceptional. Standards haven't dropped in the 3 visits we have paid over 10 years. Our 'must stay' in Dunedin. Convenient for Otago Peninsula, shops and town centre.

Managed to lock myself out of the bathroom by pulling the door closed (it was set to the lock position when I arrived). But the staff were very helpful coming by to open it quickly after hours.

Really thoughtful design and layout, even the lift was above average.
