The outside was a little messy, lawns not mowed, tree leaves on the ground etc.

Nothing really apart from the price but with all the perks mentioned, it is pretty reasonable.

The house was superb. Very cosy and well presented. Everything we need which includes making your own coffee ground. We are coffee lovers and it was a delight to find coffee machine and own coffee grinder with coffee beans provided. It was awesome. Our stay was very relaxing. Another plus factor for us is that we were able to bring our furbaby and the property is a few meters away from the beach. Really great for our morning walk. We also went biking and the whole stretch of papamoa beach road is very bike-friendly and for me who is a beginner at biking, this was really a delight.

Washing machine was broken but not a biggie 4 me.

This was my 2nd stay here. Love it. So close to the beach 4 me & my dogs. Pet friendly, which is why I chose it in the 1st place. And close to fashion island/ papamoa plaza. Check in easy with lock box. Staff are quick to respond to any questions.

Road noise was quite loud. Outdoor areas are really lovely however they could do with a little cleaning and maintenance. Wet and forget could make a difference.

Location was very good with easy acces to to beach. Shops and cafes readily available within a walk or short drive. Finding a real coffee machine was very exciting and most welcome.

Am really disappointed in the property - we thought it included the garage and games room, which was important as we have bikes that need to be kept secure, it was one of the main reasons we booked this property. However it turns out the games room and garage weren't accessible as shown in the photos. The kitchen is missing utensils like a spatula for turning eggs, the frypan Teflon is very scratched (and were dirty in the cupboard with mouse poo) the hot tap on the vanity is very loose, the filter tap in the kitchen is leaking. There is no firewood for the fireplace

False advertisement on Bookings, play room with football and air hockey table was closed for guests although it showed on booking photos and information that it is included. Very disappointing for children Run out of gas for the stove on day 2 of our stay only to be told they will replace it on day 5. We left the property on day 8 still without any gas. Property management never replaced the gas or informed us that it would not be done after day 5 like they said. The big waste bin was full when we arrived and we couldn't empty any house bins in the big bin for the entire stay. Extremely rude staff who just cut off the phone while speaking

no garage parking but that was expected from the photos and description though, main difficulty are the stairs that leads from the street parking, so for those with heavy or plenty of luggage - be aware of this.

There is nothing that we didn't like, we'd recommend this property to anyone. We'd love to return in the summer, although the weather we had in August was amazing.

The location is fabulous, a short walk to a beautiful beach and very nice restaurant/beach bar. The property was spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. The facilities and kitchen equipment provided were outstanding, we wanted for nothing.

Maybe instructions on how to watch free tv but it wasnt a biggie as I just cast using my ipad for Prime Disney and on Demand

I travelled with 2 wee doggos they loved the cottage running around on the deck and the garden Everything was pristine and clean Great bed linens towels etc There is even a proper Italian professional coffee machine if you know how to use one I didnt Just across the road diagonally is a great greenspace leading to the beach for dog walking

*Shower in the laundry is a bit cold, but has lots of hot water & great pressure. * lots of steps up to the house, but nice to be away from the rd.

*Close to the beach & fashion island area for supermarkets & shops. * dog friendly is the main reason I chose to stay here. * due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't check out on time & the Communication was great with the manager. The whole house was equipped for what we needed for a family getaway with the wee pup and no stress. The kids loved the lolly jar and demolished it on arrival.

My partner wasnt too happy to find a cockroach in the back bedroom but no harm for me 🤣🤣

Beautiful location, close to the beach and shops. Love the living area and bedroom space. Perfect place for our wee little ones too.
