Ordered in-room breakfast, took alot longer than they said it would, delivered about 10 mins before their checkout time so hadto eat in a rush but requested late check out too which was fine. Both my daughter and I had the Pancakes and they were cold and not nice at all. I spoke to a staff member when we checked out and he was a bit rude and seemed as though he didn't believe me about it but said he would haveto talk to someone else and I'd hear back. I never heard from anyone so assume he didn't actually do anything. Thankfully received a refund after emailing customer service.

Great value for money,, pool and spa were great, comfortable room. Ordered in-room dinner which was really nice. Wish we were staying longer to enjoy the hotel more!

Valet/concierge weren't that welcoming, I had to go up to them in their little room to seek assistance and they were all just talking to each other. Not as attentive as reception staff. Room service food was also mediocre but expected. We weren't able to get all 3x rooms on the same floor, but the hotel was exceptionally busy this weekend.

Overall service was excellent- staff at reception were outstanding and made it efficient to check in and out. Beds were the best beds I have ever slept on, so comfy! They were also very family friendly and made it special for our kids with the goodie bags, slippers and kids robes. We had 3x double rooms as a family and the rooms were great. Breakfast was also good, wouldn't say excellent but a great variety of food.

People pooling for breakfast and lunch is always hard, Saturday and Sunday so busy with family’s and it’s hard to get through to reception to check in/ out!

The breakfast option when booking via booking.com implies the $40 for breakfast buffet is for 2 people per room, when acutal fact it is $40 per person when paying at hotel!!

minibar prices ..im 5ft 10..the shower head was less then a cm from top of my head..

had to wait approx 2 hours past check in until we could get into our room as it hadn't been cleaned yet but no biggy. Towels at the pool, needs to be more available. Wi-fi coverage was poor, especially in Eight Restaurant
