Location was a little out of the main cbd and harbour, some areas smelt a little stale / musty - a very busy hotel.

My only remark would be that the ceilings are weirdly low in some places. My partner is 6’5 and was unable to use the rain shower head as it was too low and his head was about an inch from the ceiling while showering.

Cannot rate this hotel enough! We had such a beautiful stay here I’m already planning our next stay. From when we turned up to when we left, the staff were so attentive and the attention to detail everywhere was amazing. The staff always opened and closed our car doors for us and greeted us each day and asked about how our day was going. They loaded and unloaded our bags for us. The hotel smells beautiful when you first walk in and check in was really quick and easy. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was so comfy. We were able to order pillows from the pillow menu for free too which other hotels charge for. We ordered room service and even the toasted sandwich was SO good and the prices weren’t over-inflated. Plus they delivered the food with a vase of fresh flowers. 8 restaurant was great and again the staff were super lovely. We also got a drink at the chandelier lounge and the staff were wonderful and brought us three rounds of free snacks. Love love love this hotel!

We wish they had more vegan & gluten-free food options readily available at the buffet and restaurants.

Centrally located along major bus routes. There was easy in & out for paid shuttle service and taxis. Also, the dining rooms and bars were located in perfect areas related to elevators and very impressive decor. The staff was extremely courteous and consistently helpful.

I didn’t enjoy the food at the Cordis lounge. A lot of the food was dry and lacking beneficial sauces. In the quest room, I always struggle to hook my phone up to the tv. I wish it was easy to do.

I have stayed many times and always love Cordis. Lovely easy location in the cbd.

I thought the staff were very polite but seemed to have limited knowledge re anything outside the hotel regarding information relating to Auckland .Though I suppose that is what google is for.

The beds were comfy and great buffet breakfast. Loved pool and sauna.
