Previous tenants stole the chromecast from the TV so we couldn't hook up our phone when wanting to watch something online.

Food was yummy. Staff were great. Bed was very comfy.

It was very busy. I tried 4 times to get through to Room service to make an order. I ended up ringing reception however and placing my order through them and it arrived very quickly and was delicious.

The rooms were a great size, so many activities and really catered for families.

The reason I chose the cordis was because they had a bath. And ran the bath soon as we got there. Got in and it drain out to not even half way. So filled it again and it drained out again not impressed the whole reason I booked cordis. Kept doing this every time I filled it. The whole point of having a bath is to have ya body in the bath to soak and relax. Turns out the baths were designed to drain out like that as a "safety " feature. Not happy about that at all. Apparently they are changing that so u can fill bath an have it stay full one bath at a time. But doesn't change the fact it put a damper on our stay.

Couldn’t get into room after big flight till 6 pm ! Was upgraded to a room the bath plug was broken ! Waiting to get it fixed till 8 ! Just a dissatisfaction with a spose to be high grade hotel !

It was not tidy and had a bad odour smell in the room I checked in. Had a Bad experience because it was my husband birthday that day. Won’t come back again but your staff did offer a complimentary breakfast but still worse experience ever

The room was not very clean, there were smears on the walls and door in the bathroom and hair all over the floor. Our room was handicap accessible which we didn't need luckily because the towels were very high off the ground and unreachable for a disabled person. I'd called requesting a thin blanket and some firm pillows in the room which were not there. Our steak dinner that we ate in the room was very overcooked and small for the price. We also could not get a drop of hot water for a shower but the bath got warm enough to bathe the baby.

The staff were all very nice. Valet service was prompt and staff were really helpful when we requested someone take out bags down to the car. Concierge was very kind to help me find a quiet place in the lobby to nurse the baby.

Beds hurt back, woke up every morning sore. Room only set for 2 people although booked for 4. No top ups of toliet paper,coffee, milk or body wash which was pretty much empty on day one. Car parking was a nightmare however rectified on checkout which was appreciated.

Inspector was still in room when we checked in. He apologized and left. Everything was ok until 12 hours after checkout, when we received a second invoice and were charged for 4 mini bar items we did not consume. Calling/emailing the hotel has not proven helpful in getting a refund. Still ongoing 2 weeks later....

What I booked and what I got were very different. There was no balcony for one thing which was assured on the booking, and no free parking as they also said. I was also overcharged for the room and had to ring the hotel days later to get the refund. Staff were unapologetic on all fronts - guess it happens a lot!

Absolute shambles - ignored communication before arrival, terrible service at check in, air con broken - room was freezing all night. WiFi wasn't working. Advised to park in a building which ended up not being allowed for overnight parking, had to retrieve the car at full cost to us and then pay the valet parking. We ended up leaving very early in the morning. Tried to talk to staff about the situation at checkout, dealt with a friendly staff member but no follow up until now. Very disappointed.

Before you book it was mentioned that property includes minibar but they charges for the drinks at the end that wasn’t mentioned anywhere while booking.

The aircon in the room was too noisy. At 10.30pm I had to request ear plugs. We were going to stay for 2 nights but booked out & found quieter accommodation elsewhere.

Room wasn’t clean, soaps wasn’t topped up and our special request for our honeymoon stay wasn’t met. They forgot after i had mentioned it though out the night in 3 occasions. They offered 50% off our stay which was very disappointing since they let us down completely.

I purchased a Cordis air freshener spray from the gift shop. The atomiser does not work, which is disappointing for a $45 spray.

The check in was not fantastic the girl on the front desk was hard to understand. We had asked for a 2 pm check in, the hotel said they would try their best but she didn't even acknowledge this, instead tried to upgrade us for more money. Beds are small and not that comfortable.

The room service breakfast was good, the pillows were good, the pool was good.

The night lights throughout the room and bathroom were incredibly bright and could not be turned off.

The coffee machine didn't work. I rang and was told it woulfd be fixed. Nothing happened. Returned later in the evening and the bar was shut. 10pm??? how rediculous on a Saturday evening rooms were not as claen as I would have expected

There was no parking so had to drive around looking for a park nearby. Check in was at 3pm but the room wasn't ready till an hour later at 4pm. Was given a drink voucher but had to wait around with my tired 2 year old which was stressful.

The parking situation, no advance notice of construction happening at time of booking, the room amenities - no shavers, having to call twice to have milk delivered to our room, pillows were flat.
