Parking was really hard to work out with the hotel only offering valet parking at quite a price. I was able to figure out that a near by garage had weekly plans and that did the trick but the hotel didn’t seem to be aware of it.

Heated pools and steam rooms were top notch!

It was busy and the rooftop pool was often times very busy, and staff seemed to be inexperienced and sometimes lacked English speaking skills. Overall it should be about $100 USD per night in my opinion compared to other properties in Auckland.

Nice business hotel with a nice spa/pool, full bar, plenty of rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. King room at the Pinnacle Tower was spacious and comfortable, good bed, big bathroom, nice view.

Checkin problems with new system; took 25 minutes Gym needs better air flow;

Very helpful staff, and Concierge very obliging with bags, storage transport. (Was in a hurry to go to meetings)

This stay, the shower didn’t work, but the bath tape worked. The room we were in was looking like it needed attention, with wear and tear.

We have stayed here twice before. Nice appointed room, lovely bed, large and comfortable. Love the spa and sauna, pool is also lovely and a nice temp. Breakfast is amazing!

They didn't rebook my room, which I did book leaving me without TV access and staff coming twice knocking on the door to clean the room

Too many young children in the spa, spa should be over 18’s only and kids use the pool. It wasn’t relaxing at all having young children jumping and and splashing around. We were very disappointed and left.

The breakfast in 8 is amazing. Check in was fast. The complimentary shuttle to the bottom of town was a nice surprise. We had a birthday while staying and they delivered some chocolates to our room while we went to dinner.

Would definitely recommend staying here, amazing spa facilities. great location, close to hospital, restaurants and shops. Lovely Staff, super clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, beautiful well equipped bathroom.

1. There was no written direction/guide on how to use the air conditioning. I was cold in my room for the first two days of my stay. A member of your engineering staff came to my room and showed me how to use it and heat my room. 2. The technology of QR code and scan to access information on the TV screen was unable to be understood by me. My tech. ability is almost non-existent nowadays. I had to ask for dining menu over the phone. Fortunately, the person to whom I was speaking kindly sent me a printed photocopy of the menu to my room within ten minutes. 3. The menu in Chandelier was limited and very ordinary in quality. The alternative of $99 for a buffet was too much for me. I was tempted to dine elsewhere outside the hotel.

I didn't Like having to wait for our car to come. We were late to our movie and our reservation at the restaurant. We were also waiting in cold weather and sometimes even wet weather. Even though we called 30 minutes early. They also had to move our car 2 times to make room for other cars, we were on our way down by the way. And we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the car. But the people were great, they were lovely people. It's just not having somewhere to park was kind of stressful to me.

I really loved the hotel, the interior was beautiful, our hotel room was spacious and gorgeous. I also loved the elevators how spacious they were and I loved everything about it. I loved every single service we received. The staff were helpful, nice and lovely.
