The heatpump in the room hardly worked. It was a wet and cold 2 degree night. The lady at reception did bring me an oil heater where only the low setting would work. I ended up stripping the second bed bedding and putting it on mine as i was so cold. The room also had a undesirable smell

We received an excellent service from the staff. We asked if we can access SKY TV, then we were moved to the next room as the room we were in had an issue with the sky. We asked for an extra matress, the owner gave us a very comfortable mattress. Such a great place to be!

The Carpet in our room was wet beside the bed. There was rubbish under the bed. The heat pump turned itself off

The shower - there is no curtain but an open plan shower with toilet.basin in the same room. The shower water splashed thru out the room and hence access back to the room needed bare feet or shoes as socks would get soaked. The floor also became slippery and dangerous and stayed so for most of the stay. The kitchen had no frying pan so when it came to breakfast we were unable to cook our bacon and eggs we brought with us. There was no mention of this in the advert or in the information booklet in the room that a pan would not be supplied!!! The air con heat ,although works ,it takes an hour to warm the room up. It does say this in the information booklet but I suggest upgraded units!! Even though there are blinds light still enters the room - partly due to poorly fit curtains/blinds - and is difficult to get to sleep. The other problem is the outside lights stay on all night - Yes security is important but maybe it should be simply movement sensitive so the majority of the time the light is off. Maybe the owners should sleep in these rooms and suss out what clients experience!! cheers and hope the owner takes some note of these issues

The reception team were super helpful with our payment options and changing our rooms when we had been given the wrong one - but it wasn't an issue. They catered for our needs!

No heated towel rail, no shelf in the shower. Water from shower and spa bath difficult to clean up. And caused dangerous slippery floor. No coat hooks by the door. Walls needed some art - a nice big space could have felt so much nicer.

The shower (tiles are grout) were really dirty. Brown gunge and pink mould. Needed a decent exit mould spray and scrub. Pillows were pretty average and the room had condensation dripping from the doors despite heat pump being on all night.

There must have been a change in management as I had stayed here a few times prior. Things look run down and the rooms are tired. I was located in a ground floor disabled unit and the bathroom was cruddy, cleanliness not great as tiles on walls and floors not scrubbed, the shower had no curtain so water goes everywhere. The shower itself was in need of repair.

The location is great being close to town, it’s next door to the local BP petrol station which is convenient.

The room was clean and really good sized. The bathroom was spic n clean including the spa bath. The cutlery, glasses were very clean. Our conversation with the hosts ( managers) of the motel was good too. Keep up the good work , Mr n Mrs Hussein.

So quiet, next door to a BP so we expected some noise but it was lovely and quiet in the unit. Crisp linen, good shower pressure and comfy beds.

There was an adult sports team group staying across multiple rooms at the same time and they were extremely loud, socialising around the shared passageways until past midnight both nights we stayed. The manager was aware and didn’t do anything about it, which has frustrating as the number 1 thing we needed from the booking was a place to SLEEP.

Nice, light and bright room with comfortable double bed + a single bed. Big bathroom, Netflix and cooking facilities.
