The living area is tiny with 2 squishy uncomfortable sofas... an L-shaped sofa would improve this. There's no TV in the living area (and the way it's configured, probably no where to put one. Though there are TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, though small, is pretty well appointed. Needs some cereal bowls, and there was no salt and pepper. A generous variety of tea, coffee and hot chocolate were supplied The bathroom is huge. It needs a heated towel rack, or two, as our towels weren't drying and there were insufficient rails.

Excellent beds and pillows. Electric blankets were a bonus. Lovely location tucked into the forest. 15 minute walk to Main Road with the cafes. Easy car park. Quiet. Good hot shower.

What would make it even better is an oven/cooker and a washing machine but this is only a minor issue in my opinion. Very nice place.

The kitchen could do with a colander, and the bathroom ventilation/insulation needs improving as the walls and ceiling all got wet even with the fan on.

The location, the views out of the window, nice and warm, comfy beds. Was easy to access and good communication from owners.

I expected an oven in the kitchen area. Although there was a bench top oven, we had bought a whole chicken and vegetables for a roast dinner. We ended up eating out and having our roast the following day.

It was warm, welcoming, and close to town. The bedrooms are luxurious, and the bathroom is huge. I have disabled friends, and it is great to see accommodation that I can recommend to them in places that they have yet to visit.

Beautiful spot looking out at the forest in all directions. Beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants

Appreciate the bathroom was disabled accessible- BUT suggest some sort of heating and some hooks please! Hanging /storage in bedrooms . For 9 people the living room would be unsuitable.

A little smelly on arrival, either of mold or someones prior cooking. Easily fixed with some airing and deodorising. Couldn't connect wifi in one bedroom to use netflix.

I hope the host can install some hooks or hangars for us to put our jackets or clothes up in the room. It's very inconvenient. Just be careful about keeping the doors to the patio open as there are insects that might come in.

The property is surrounded by a forest. Generally comfy beds with heater pads on the mattresses with a big fully equipped kitchen. Huge bathroom. The host responded to calls quite promptly and answers our queries. Other than a few minor issues, it's a good 2 nights stay.

The beds were uncomfortable. There is a heating blanket that has the switch for it under the sheets but very near the body. It was troubling sitting on something quite hard and immovable on the bed. As I rolled onto the device, it woke me up during the night.

The key code worked well and we had no trouble getting into the place.

Nice cosy apartment super close to the Franz Josef centre. Spacious bathroom but the rooms were a bit crowded with a double bed and single bed in all three. Surrounding area was private and peaceful
