Parking bloody expensive! Over $60 for staying sat night from 5pm and leaving by 12pm the next day!

Good for you what you paid for. AC either didn’t work or very difficult to operate. Construction work started at 5am before stopping suddenly.

It was in the centre of town so good location but very noisy The window didn't seem to close properly so could hear everything Tea/coffee not restocked unless asking. Room wasn't cleaned one day

The first concierge was appalling. He was rude and acted very entitled. Every other concierge was amazing. The bed was comfortable and amazing to sleep on. The space was a lot smaller than we thought but however it worked. It was nice having a little balcony to let in fresh air and take photos. There was a little bit of water damage on the window sills. And the cupboard hadn’t been wiped down. Shower head wasn’t movable

Not don't like, but room was smaller than expected. We were given the wrong room at first by the front counter staff who didn't seem very bothered to help in general. After checking our booking details we went down to ask for the change in room, which they did give us the new room. Plug in stove top a little scary to use, please make sure you ask the staff to teach you how to use it properly, if not it will be a potential fire hazard. Fridge and microwave provided but our microwave's door is cracked so I'm not sure if that affects radiation or what not.. The balcony door lock is not working for our room at least, do check especially if you have young children with you. And! The hotel is located on a slope. Please watch if you are driving or dragging your luggage with you.

Location is good, near to grocery stores, shopping, eateries, cafes. Near Sky Tower for those who are keen to do Skydiving with Auckland Skydiving (pick up location). The space is quite tight so if you have big luggage you have to be very careful with how you use your space. Toilet is basic, that's about it. You can request for cooking utensils, crockery and plates bowls etc, just ask from the front counter. But they don't provide dishwashing detergent which is very strange. Good thing is they do housekeeping and they will wash it for you but I don't know what they use to wash. Fridge and microwave provided. Stovetop in certain rooms - make sure you check the room.

Just what we needed, would have been good to have cutlery and plates/bowls in the room. If you're looking for somewhere just to sleep, this hotel is great.

We just didn't expect the bathroom to be so small and cramped. But fine for what we paid, just for a girls trip wish there was either a bigger mirror or a movable one (which is nothing major).

The small room was good and how it had Air con and a little balcony. TV was a bonus though we didn't use it.

The only thing I didn't love during my visit was the situation with the wifi. Though you do have free wifi, you have to enter codes which expire 1-2 hours after using it. Asking for more codes at the front desk is free and they do supply you with them, however there were multiple times where I would be calling a family member or friend and having the call hang up due to the code expiring. That being said, I would happily visit again.

The staff were very helpful, the room was small but the bed was amazing. The location was perfect, just walking around the block you have almost everything you need. The SkyDrive bus to and from the Sky Tower to the Airport was a short walk away.

There was this strange damp smell and the small size of the room. I wanted feminine hygiene product late in the evening, there was none available at the premises. However, the receptionist was very kind to direct me to the nearby convenience store open 24*7 and that helped.

The room at Ibis Central was compact, but it managed to include most of the essential amenities, making it functional and convenient. However, there was a noticeable smell of dampness in the room, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Overall, while the size was limited, the amenities provided a good balance for short visits.
