Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived songstress asked to wait (no issue) then they forgot to tell us it was ready, after 40 mins we were able to get to the room. Breakfast was non existent, at 930 there was no food left, breakfast closed at 1030, we were told to take a seat and someone would take our order by the manager, but they didn't do table service. The buffet was empty, literally nothing left. Also you have no option but to use a credit card at check in, then they charge $10.88 for the convenience of being able to use your card

New ZealandThe room was very small. There was a very limited amount of tv channels, only 1 sport channel and no dedicated movie channels. House keeping missed our room 2 days in a row, this was our biggest dislike about our entire stay.
Overall the property was modern, clean and in a great location. Roof top bar was excellent! Breakfast selection was limited but what was offered was tasty.

Breakfast was a buffet, which we found out, is done when there's something on, I.e. Sporting Event etc. Either way, we have had both menu and buffet and we have never been disappointed. The staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient. There's a bar at the top which is amazing and definitely something to check out on your stay.

New ZealandHadn’t been cleaned properly upon our arrival, though this was rectified immediately. Some items missing from the kitchen supplies. Our balcony faced onto other buildings instead of sky tower, which was noisy with neighbouring air con units and slightly underwhelming. Other suites had no balcony but faced the sky tower. We wanted a balcony.
Spacious suite, lots of light, beautiful bathroom, amazing breakfast, attentive staff. Complimentary bubbles on arrival as we were celebrating a special occasion.

This was our second time here and we were more than happy to return. We discovered more facilities with our stay; rooftop bar with amazing views, having its own access for non-guests; and a pretty decent fitness space.
