No microwave or toaster - but the breakfast helped out in the morning. A little (4km) out of town.

It’s a little bit out of town (which didn’t bother me), but might bother others. It had a slightly deserted feel to the place. Breakfast room was a bit drab, but if the weather had been better would have had breakfast on the desk, which would be really nice.

It was out of town, which was peaceful, but you do have to drive to get to town. However the restaurant we dined at offered a free pick up/drop off service which was really good.

Lovely room with view out over gardens and pond, and what was probably beautiful scenery which due to the weather we could not see. The included continental style breakfast was very nice. The young German lady Fransisca who appeared to do everything at the hotel was really lovely, helpful and friendly, a great front of house asset.

• It was wonderful to have access to a guest laundry. However, fellow travelers might benefit from a reminder of the basic etiquette of shared facilities!! Using all the machines and then leaving for the day is not on!! • Limited amount of places to hang clothes.

• Beautiful large room (Premium King Suite with Fireplace) facing north overlooking the garden and wonderful views. • Comfortable seating and table/chairs were great. Loved the fireplace. • Guest Laundry facilities - a definite plus. • Attentive and friendly staff - Francesca. • Breakfast included - a good selection. • Fabulous dark skies for star gazing. • Nice complimentary toiletries. • Super clean!

The view was gorgeous. The room a great size and loved the fire if it was a chilly evening. The young girl running the motel was so lovely. She was friendly, chatty and ran the motel so well. Breakfast always set out so well too. Thank you to her! The motel has a shuttle service which was excellent as you are a little way out of town.

We loved the "extras"; the gas fireplace in the room, the hotpool access, the breakfast. The "staff" (one lovely German girl - it's remote) were amazing, friendly, helpful, genuine. The place was squeaky clean, lovely shower, comfy warm beds.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Our check in was seamless and the girl that helped us was very knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations on food and hikes. Loved the fireplace and showers in the bedroom. There is also a laundry room. Great place and highly recommend.

The instant coffee selection was a bit of a disappointment but it actually tasted better than I expected.

I would recommend this property in a heartbeat! Spacious room and spacious bathroom; comfortable king bed; exceptionally clean; very quiet even next to Highway 6; the host was pleasant and informative; a great value. It was nice to have two easy chairs by the mock fireplace.
