I think we were in room one, top of the stairs and the first on the left. Locking and unlocking the door was a challenge, I would describe this as a fire hazard, it took some time to get the lock to work, not good. Also there was no shower liquid in the dispenser in the ladies shower!!

The pub was very noisy until the early hours. The bedding was dirty. The communal area had no clean mugs. One of the guests drank my milk.

A fun pub for a drink with friends. Great location. I only stayed for 1 of the 3 nights booked and I was grateful that I was refunded.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

The accommodation was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. They loved the water pressure in the shower and the comfortable beds. Great location that was tranquil with natural surroundings. The staff had a professional warm and friendly manner and were hard working throughout the evening. Great having a courtesy van available. Thank you for having us.

Blood and make-up on my sheets and dirty linen stuffed under a lamp in a tiny 1 bed room with just a sink. So grim! I was offered either a change of room or a refund. It was 8pm, so I wasn't going to find anything else. Think they should have offered both!

This hotel needs urgent fixation of door and handles. Our room wasn’t possible to open normally. You hear everything from inside of the hotel - no matter in what room are you in. Constant shouting door the whole night and morning from other guests but from staff too.

No cups or glasses. No teaspoons. No coffee. No aircon, rooms were very hot. Needed windows open but noise from bar prevented sleep until after midnight.

The music from the pub continued until 11pm. The door lock was jambed and needed to be turned a specific way. When. My neighbor did anything against the wall it sounded like rats in the wall and floor. The door was cardboard and the ablution were shared.

Extremely noisey bedroom doors -every time someone left their room it was loud. Sash window had no lock. Shared Toilet ran out of loo paper. Had to walk round the block to the car park with my heavy case because the outdoor back access was locked -in the pouring rain.

The WiFi was inadequate. The bedside lamp had no light bulb.

The meal was fabulous and the waitress was tipped accordingly. Would recommend the restaurant food.
