The flush on the main bathroom toilet was a little unreliable sometimes and the shower pressure in the same bathroom was not as good as the second bathroom.

Stunning apartment very roomy and wonderful views. The pool area was a definite bonus as was the proximity to the beach. Toni was exceptional very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Directly over the road from the beach, you can see the surf. Spacious apartment and huge deck area. Free parking and closish to Mt town 5 min drive. 15 minute walk.

Astounding property, the owners of the apartment (310) are to be complimented on their high standard of facilities and furnishings. It was a luxurious comfortable home from home. The sea view from the balcony was superb. We would highly recommend staying here, great value for money too. The pools were amazing, the hot pool was so relaxing. We were even able to borrow body boards for the beach.

The beds were very soft, and living room furniture needs to be updated. Great potential, and still a great choice, but old decor and furniture. Also - no aircon in the bedrooms, nor fans - it did get very hot.

The lounge furniture is starting to show its age and there was a bit of a musty odour in the en-suite bathroom. None of this spoiled the stay - just thought it might be something to keep an eye on.

The apartment was particularly good for me and my two adult sons (who don't like sharing a bedroom).

No complaint intended, but one couple had single beds in their room. We would have preferred a double arrangement.

The reception was very warm and helpful, the parking was convenient and secure, and it was a very easy walk in and walk out experience. The pools hot and cool were very welcome.

The apartment was way more spacious than I was expecting, will all amenities and a beautiful view out to the pool. The pool was nice and warm, and had a spa! Our kids had a great time swimming despite the windy weather.

For me the apartment needs a upgrade, bathrooms especially and lounge/outdoor furniture to make it feel cozy apart from that it’s a great place to stay

Everything is always immaculate, and the property and pool area so lovely. Our room was feeling a little dated, as I don’t think much has changed with the decor in the past decade, but every room is slightly different, so it may have just been that unit. But units are very well set out with a lot of space to holiday and relax.

We have been staying at the Reef each year for the past 17 years. It’s wonderful location close to a beach surf break is the added drawcard, but it is a lovely situation just our from the busy central area of the mount. Always love our stays.

It would have been better if there wasn't any carpet in the rooms.
