Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A nice long walk (50mins) from the airport to rinse off the stagnation of flying- though you can get a bus directly there for those who just love sitting down or have no legs. Great value, clean, friendly modern and a beautiful dinner (vege curry I can recommend $25 - comes with naan) and a great inclusive breakfast hot and cold. What else can you ask for for $133!

There were not any USB ports for charging electronic devices. The guest needed to use an adapter to charge, and this was difficult to accomplish with the bedside lamp already using a plug. We unplugged one of the bedside lamps so we could charge all our devices to use on our flight home.
The hotel was in a great location for the short time we had to spend in Auckland. It was very clean and new looking. The yellow bus shuttle was easy to locate from the airport. The hotel should update the information it sends to their guests about the shuttle to make sure a ticket is purchased at the airport before boarding. The bed was comfortable enough to be unremarkable. The breakfast was good since there was a fair number of options. It was nice to be able to get dinner from the hotel since there were not many dining options close to this location. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. I observed the front desk attendant, delivering room service, taking dinner meal orders and performing check in duties all by herself. She never lost her smile or seemed harried. She did a great job.

The seriously bad odour in the bathroom. It was there when I arrived so left the fan on over night which really had no effect as it was there when I left, too tired to complain!
Nice, average decor, comfy bed and good food but mains alittle costly. Great staff! Would like to have tried breakfast but flight was too early so can't comment.

Our room was close to the breakfast area and reception so was a bit noisy. Someone knocked on room next door really loudly and woke us up.
Good breakfast. Close to airport. 24 hour check in is great option for middle of night flights. Didn't use it but they are on airport hotel shuttle bus route.

The elevators could have been a bit wider. We had trouble getting the luggage trolley on to the lift so we had to take separate ones.
The location was great for our early morning car rental drop off before heading to the airport. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided us with a good nights sleep. The room was very clean.

Id never heard of this hotel before and understand its new so I was a bit worried as to what I was going to get, but all I wanted was a clean hotel near the airport with free parking. This hotel was much, much better than I expected for the price. Special shout out to their housekeeping staff, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and also to the very lovely reception staff both check and and check out was very friendly and quick. The breakfast was a very surprising bonus -scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, beans etc. The only thing is there are limited tables in the breakfast are so I saw some people had to wait or sit outside and it was pretty cold. Would definitely stay again!
