There is no restaurant or bar onsite just a printed page of food available that you can eat just along from the lobby (where breakfast get set up) or in your room. No bar facilities. We stayed for 2 tonight’s for our afternoon wedding and didn’t realise there was no restaurant for us and some of our guests who also stayed here. To get dinner together and a few drinks to celebrate.

The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable

The room was lovely and clean and situated in close proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, the bed was exceptionally firm and very uncomfortable. My husband and I had a very poor sleep

Disappointing that they do not offer an evening meal considering there is not much around the area. That would be a huge benefit to the hotel

Parking is very narrow and difficult to maneuver when full. Breakfast not available when catching early morning flight.

Breakfast was pretty bad unfortunately, in fact I am mystified to see others review as great! Very limited choices, unusual food offered (jalapenos and gherkins to go with the yoghurt?). Eggs and hash browns were almost cold.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Motel is quite new, fairly modern but basic.

I found the bed really uncomfortable as far too hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable either. It’s also an 8 minute drive to eateries so isn’t as handy to things if you don’t have a vehicle.

As a new hotel it is clean and tidy (though the carpet looks worn). The staff were brilliant - very friendly and welcoming and lovely to deal with. The complimentary breakfast was nice but there is very limited seating. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of waters as well. If you’re catching a flight I understand there is a regular shuttle at all hours. The carparking is free too which is a big plus.

No restaurant/bar area to relax and have a drink. Very limited dinner menu and expensive for basic meals. Pillows were very uncomfortable and soft, it feels like they’ve been through a washing machine or half the stuffing has been taken out.

Close to airport in the morning, spacious rooms and king size bed. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

The bed was so hard it took me hours to get to sleep. As soon as I sat down on the mattress I felt the firmness was too much.

No drinks with dinner except water and even then we had to ask for it. Menu didn't have much of a selection and was very expensive for Pasta and rice.

We found that the bed was hard and the pillows were not great.

The breakfast was amazing. I thought it would be a continental breakfast (which is a bonus in itself), but there were a couple of hot options too, which we loved. The staff were really good, great customer service skills. The location was amazing, easy to access via airport transfer and walking distance to The Post Office Tavern.

At the bed unable to reach light switch when in bed. Needs bedside lights that would enable night light for going to Bathroom. Bathroom would be better if if toilet had water spray washer. Lacking hand soap small thing but so essential. Tiny body wash and insufficient to get a shower.

Room directly next to huge air conditioner system located on outside of our room. Very noisy all night didn't sleep at all sounding like a plane in the room. Terrible would now recommend

Floors and ceilings are paper thin. Could hear every step of the people in the room above who checked in at midnight and stomped around for over an hour . Very creaky.

Was such a shame as the bed was sooo uncomfortable. We both had a bad night sleep and had sore backs. Will not stay again. Need better quality beds.

When I arrived with my so and his daughter we rang the bell serval times ,waited approximately 10 minutes before a asain lady appeared. I asked if I could get 2 small milk to take up to my room ,I was told I could get some in the morning. Told her I was catching the bus at 7.01am but she insisted that I catch the 7.15 am bus
