Brilliantly new, but the bed was SO uncomfortable. Also, quite a way away, Even the Uber driver didnt know it existed.

The fire door to the room was very heavy to open. The bed was rock hard and not comfortable. There were no wine glasses in the cupboard. The bathroom door scraped the floor on opening.

Breakfast was good. The room was newly furnished and decorated.

Breakfast- fair . Wished we had hot food. Variety was okay except for the coffee. Dinner menu was limited. A bit smalll for portion size. Room size a bit small. Sound proofing quality is poor

It was noisy. You could hear other people walking around above. There was a lot of noise from machinery outside. The evening meal wasn’t so good. No drinks available for dinner, only water

Breakfast was average, couldn't seem to get coffee alone with the included breakfast. Don't know what I was doing wrong.

This is a comfortable airport hotel, Basic but functional. Matched up with the yellow bus service it serves a great purpose for anyone who needs to overnight near Auckland airport.

Very cost effective with breakfast included in daily rate. Friendly staff. Clean but simple facilities

I had requested a room away from the road and was told I would get a higher floor room instead. When I was checked in I was told the message had been missed and was escorted to a room on ground level. I was advised there were no other rooms available. All good I thought ... On my arrival to the room initially provided, to my surprise it was a room that had not been serviced and everything was not ready for a new guest. Surprisingly , a new room became available on a higher floor. This room was fine.

Beds were uncomfortable and felt cheap, which was a shame as everything else was great.

Location to the airport, and the staff were great. Rooms were a good size and modern for an airport hotel.

Bed was very firm/hard and found it uncomfortable. Next door is loading/freight company loading throughout the night which disrupted sleep.

The mattress and pillow protectors were made of synthetic material - it was like sleeping in a plastic bag...which meant a terrible nights sleep.

The windows don't open - it's an air conditioner all night or a headache from a stuffy room. Not unique to your hotel but in a post-covid world, odd to have a new hotel without better thought given to fresh air provision.

Unfortunately this place has been built quickly and opened quickly too - it's not even finished. No paintings, plants or any personality of any kind to make it feel less like you're visiting a hospital. Buffet breakfast, was not what was shown in other guests photo's. No espresso coffee - you have to pay extra to have this (just very cheap packet items). No scrambled eggs, no bacon. Short on food items... yes we ran out and had to wait. No teaspoons..... I could go on, but simply this was lack lusture and putting poached eggs on a bed of hot and spicy totally ruined them. I expected more and definitely expected someone to serve proper tea and coffee at least in the morning - not the same yuck given in our rooms. I also dislike that everyone has to walk past you as you're eating, while they are coming and going from the hotel.... super awkward. No microwave in rooms, so you can't heat anything up or make popcorn. Already showing signs of wear - that's what happens when you install poorly laminated products and carpet is 100% polyester. So obviously more things I disliked than liked.

Felt safe, lit up well at night (you have to park around back and walk around front (not ideal late at night) but was a friendly staff member on front desk all night to let you in. Rooms tidy and warm - only been open two weeks so I'd expect it to be mint. Front staff are friendly and helpful and the best thing about this place. Can I suggest you get your guest to fill in a quick survey form before they leave so you see what you can be doing better to help this business thrive.
