Soap/shampoo was average. It also took awhile to get us checked in. We had to check in a 3.45pm instead of 3pm which meant we were slightly late for our event.

Pods get suuuuper hot at night, the shared bathrooms could have been cleaner- maybe cleaned little and often as well as the big clean once per day. The hostel seemed a little cold to me, lots of emphasis on being cool and having lots on the go, but not so much on being a welcoming environment. The kitchen is under equipped - not enough plates/cups/knives for the number of guests. There were no communal salt/pepper/cooking oils, yet there were 3 vending machines full of snacks. A bit annoying for travellers who can’t take those things with them so end up going without.

Good location, lots of activities, beds give more privacy than most shared dorms. The key card means you don’t have to worry about bringing a padlock. The staff are also used to having travellers new to the country arriving which makes things easier.

Unfortunately, I didn't sleep that well in my dorm. The room (104) didn't have any windows, just a floor fan and the air was really bad and too warm. We didn't have any option for temperature control in our room. The capsules have little fans integrated into them but mine was so loud I couldn't sleep with it being turned on, so I had to leave my sliding door open. It's a shame because apart from that I liked the hostel. Further suggestions: put hooks for bags and jackets in the ground floor toilets, put up one big mirror in the dorms, put toilet brushes into all toilet cabins so that everyone can clean up after themselves.

Very modern hostel, spacious common areas to meet other travellers or to sit down and work, great staff, the capsule style beds provide privacy when you're staying at the dorms. Enough toilets and showers for the amount of people. Everything was very clean.

The beds were a bit hard, so not really cosy. There wasnt enough air conditioning in the pod, so when you had the slide cover closed for a bit of privacy it felt quite closed in and stuffy.

I liked the modern look and layout of the place. The sleeping pods were something new to me, but are pretty cool.

No window in my room. Laundry system needs to be looked at with the tokens. I came down on three occasions for tokens but kept being told 'they'd sold out and were looking for more'. For what you pay vs what you get, it is very expensive.

Extremely clean, good common areas. Decent sized room with additional seating. Even though there were only three showers on our floor, there didn't seem to be a queue in the mornings. Check in and out was smooth.

Lighting is pretty agressive considering there’s no access to natural light. Restaurant is super overpriced for very low quality, would never recommend

Cafe was a bit overpriced for what you get. Hostel staff had bad vibes & drain in the room was busted so we got a swimming pool when showering.

Very limited staff around to assist, hotel itself felt very noisy mainly due to the amount of people hanging out in the lobby/kitchen area. Room was tiny and the bed was too soft.

Location is great, room was clean although very small. The attached bar is very aesthetic and has good food/drinks.

The first time I stayed here, everything was fine. But this time it was the worst experience: I booked a single room and when I entered the room they gave me, the room was occupied by a homeless guy. After that, I got a new room where I found a bed bug. At least they gave me a full refund.

First of all, the environment, the people staying there and the staff were no welcoming people... I mean the staff is nice, but they don't have any hospitality skills. The place is any but cozy, and the kitchen is dirty and nobody follows the rules. The price is too expensive compared with the facilities and the space, it seems fancy but is not that good.
