The only issue i had was because my room was one floor above the restaurant/ bar i could hear the music really loud and thudding, it’s great when you’re part of the evening downstairs but i had a really early start the next day to travel and only got a couple hours sleep as the music didn’t stop until nearly 1am

It was very youthful and had been designed with socialising in mind which was great, lots of hang out spots around the hostel so it was very easy to meet people. I stayed in a 10 bed dorm and it was very spacious and clean and the beds/ pods were comfy and felt nice and the sliding door across gave a lot of privacy.

There was some lack of cleaning in general, rooms, commom areas, loved the Outlook area. The staff was very professional and helpful but there was some lack of empathy, no smiles around, There was some lack of tools in the kitchen and there was no basic ingredients to cook like salt.

Very new building, great commom areas, well located. The rooms offer great privacy and the beds are very confortable with a lot of extra handy features.

No storage at all in the rooms, no air conditioning even though they say there is, very loud pop music in the corridors from 9 am to 10:30pm as well as basically a night club in the foyer downstairs, absolutely NO soundproofing and loud housekeeping working and chatting at 9 am, and the disabled bathroom does not have a red emergency cord or room for a wheelchair next to the toilet.

The design of the overall hostel was very modern and appealing. It is quite central. The accomodation had everything what is needed from big kitchen, tables, areas for relaxing or working.

The bathrooms were not clean.There was no body wash for the shower rooms.The bins in the rooms,kitchens or toilets were not emptied and was overflowing.The pods were very humid and had to keep the pod doors open to get some ventilation(the fans inside the pods were basically useless).Not satisfied.

unfortunately there is no AC. In the rooms as advertised. Our room was so unbearably hot that we did not get any sleep at all and resorted to sleeping in our car after trying to use the door as a fan and trying to prop it open. Staff were of no help and suggested we sleep in the public lounge. sad because the room was very comfortable. Left early hours of the morning and exhausted for the 3 hour drive we had to get home.

Staff are friendly, location is good and everything is very clean and modern. great vibe for young people.

The pods were hot, there is no air con in the room/pods. There was no bin in my room or communal areas for general use like water bottle / paper waste other than the kitchen.

I had an 8 bed pod, the pod itself was clean and the mattress was comfortable. I like that the lockers are electronic locks and the steps up to the pod are easy to use. The women's bathroom was kept clean and they were spacious.

Late check in, others and I had to wait for more than an hour as rooms weren’t ready. This is a killer after such long trips most people need to do to get to NZ. The reception and common areas have so much potential, they are not really welcoming or foster interactions.

I am obsessed with the capsule concept. Despite staying on other more “fancy” options like Airbnb and Hotels, this was my favorite stay during my trip. I found it very comfortable, gave good privacy and keeps the room quite as it restricts interactions. Bathroom is large, you get a towel, location is centric, restaurant on site.
