We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New Zealandlighting in the room isnt great, also we dropped our bags early as our flight arrived early when i went to get them he said they are busy will send to our room, we waited a fair amount of time and ended up ringing down to the lobby who said they are busy to then come get them ourselves or would be waiting a while. we were told breakfast was included this time but our previous stay i didnt realize it was also and werent told. we dont travel much so i didnt read that in our booking. otherwise good.

Otherwise the hotel was great, staff were very helpful, especially at check out, and the location was very handy. Pool was a great added bonus.

New ZealandIt was disappointing when we arrived and had to park in the smallest park ever and then find out it wasn’t included in the price. The parking cost was only for 12 hours which didn’t even cover a full stay. We opted to have the buffet breakfast which was cold and extremely over priced for what it was. Location was great for us but we certainly won’t be rushing back.

Really good buffet breakfast but wasn't aware that the coffee from the cafe was included until the final day. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless for a conference in the same building.

AustraliaCleaning issues (bottle full of cigarette butts and dirty water on balcony when we arrived), however it was attended to quickly following our complaint. Very poor menu system for in-room dining and difficult to understand the options. Restaurant and in-room menu offerings were not appealing. Very loud live music in the bar made it difficult to hear the reception staff on arrival and impossible to enjoy a quiet and relaxing drink in the bar post-arrival. Staff were always very professional and helpful.

New ZealandIt was out of date though. Looks like it would have been a 90s dream room, but not alot updated since then, The bathroom was clean, but the wood at the bottom was chipped and swollen, showing its age.
The room was comfortable. The staff were amazing and the whole hotel had a very upmarket feel.
