The restaurant Ester is really good, it serves really nice food there. We requested for early checkin, staffs are very helpful, and and we managed to check in before 12nn!

The bed, sheets and pillow were amazing ! The breakfast was delicious. The small of the hotel was just lovely.

This was our third stay at QT Auckland and once again it was excellent. We love the design, rooms and vibe of this place! But what keeps us coming back is the fantastic staff, from front desk through to the bar and restaurant - they are so friendly and happy to help. Never any trouble parking cars, storing bags once you've checked out or just generally offering great service. Will come again!

Also the massive price increase for the weekend. was $500 more for one night than the last time for the same room type 😓

The staff were all friendly and accomodating, the room service food was delicious. Lots of snacks and drinks to choose from in the mini bar. Didn’t manage to check out the rooftop bar but just another bonus to this amazing hotel. The room was super clean, smelt pleasant and the bed was super comfortable. The TV was huge and had options to chromecast. Nothing at all to complain about. Amazing stay, highly recommend!!!
