The property is old and it shows; finishes are worn, which leads to points where dirt and mold had accumulated. Most frustrating point was the intermittent wifi. The room, while comfortable does not have central climate control, with a electric wall heater and mobile AC in use. The electric outlets close to the bed are at floor level and do not allow for chargers (phone and other) to be used.

The price, location and parking facility were the main reasons for the stay. Within walking distance of the port restaurant precinct and parliament. Access to the express way and all parts of Wellington and beyond is easy. Reception and room staff are wonderful

The room was comfortable but noisy being close to the lift. Decor was a little tired and 2 bedside lamps would be good to have.

Small annoying issues… wanted to watch particular program and TV wouldn’t work… took very helpful staff some while to fix it but missed our viewing 😟 Only two of our group of four could connect to the WiFi ? Three bedside lamps had no bulbs! Second room so small I had to sidle sideways down the end of the bed or clamber over it to get into the wall side! Not well positioned for eating out, especially on the weekend with the few local cafes closed.

Lovely spacious apartment suitable for four adults. New bed linen, well equipped kitchen for some self catering, big fridge and freezer. Staff wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Parking available for a small charge.

It would have been great if there was more than one bar of soap for hand washing and also only 2 coffee sachets and 2 hot chocolate sachets. Not even enough for the two.of us.

Room and bathroom was tiny and without the balcony shown on images. As its an internal atrium, music from other rooms was amplified. Pool is not on site and a good walk away as is the gym.

Woke in the morning to the smell of fumes from the motorway next door. It's one thing to be next to the motorway, it's another thing to be poisoned slowly while asleep as the fumes leak in through the windows :(

Beds - They were to hard and weren't comfortable. Oven - It was out of order I would've liked to have been told at reception and not have to find out once I arrived to the room.

There's not much privacy! If you have the light on, and the curtain open, everyone in the atrium looks right into your bedroom! I was very surprised by this. I also didn't want to see someone else with a bare shirt cooking his dinner!

The lack of visible staff. There were four people in our apartment with one part and one full roll of toilet paper and no replenishing. They’re called serviced apartments, all you get in the way of service is clean towels each day. I called reception one day at 4.45pm to ask for something to dry the condensation off the sliding door windows as housekeeping staff had made no attempt to and was told to open them on a cold windy Wellington afternoon to dry it off as reception was closed when it is advertised as staffed until 6 pm. The apartments are poorly configured
