The staff was super friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable but the place was pretty clean. I washed my hair and realized the conditioner had rum out so that was not fun. But overall our stay was good. Thank you!

Parking price a little steep (even though it is a choice to pay to stay there.). No complaints about room.

Good location, very close to shopping area, and cable car. Can walk to botanical gardens too (bit of a climb). Beds were firm/good. Room adequately sized.

Studio very small..okay for 1 person but a couple would struggle for space. A lot of furniture crammed in with very small hanging space for clothes. The bed is right next to the entrance door which is strange and so did hear noise from corridor from other guests slamming doors. A bit dusty in places and not sure what they cleaned the tiled area with but my feet stuck to the floor. WiFi good but annoying had to log in each time I came back to the room. Had an issue where the WiFi stopped after 3 days but easily resolved by calling after hours reception. This room has a balcony but faces inward into the central atrium which was covered, the room was very hot and stuffy with no air coming in when door open. Thankfully there was a portable air conditioning unit which I used a lot. No views from room as they face the opposite apartments so need curtain across for privacy most of the time.

Good location for the main centre. Comfortable bed. All modern amenities needed were in the studio. Liked having free movie channels. Friendly reception staff. No traffic noise as faced away from road. Good WiFi. I arrived very late at night and check in was smooth with collecting the key as per instructions given. Would recommend for short stay near to city centre for convenience.

It was up a hill, so sometimes had to Uber. There was the smell of curry lingering for the 2 days we were there. The pool wasnt as big as we thought it would be. I was hoping to relax at the pools, but because it was at a gym, there was other people, so we didnt go back in.

The room was quiet and clean. There was no disturbances from the neighbours. We were central.

The room would be fine for a single person but was too cramped for two people sharing. Having windows opening into the central atrium meant no fresh air :( and the corridors stank of other people’s meals.

The location was central and easy to find. The car parking was useful and convenient. The use of the pool and gym was appreciated. The apartment was compact - everything was there (including a dishwasher!). Quiet too.

The corridor area outside the apartment smelt strongly of curry and incense. The apartment was very dark with very little natural light. I had to have the lights on during the day to lighten the place up. The apartment smelt very damp for the first couple of days but that did go away by the end of my stay.

Location was good. The quality of toiletries, teas and coffees etc and the appliances in the apartment were top notch! Had apartment facilities in a large hotel room space which I thought was great.

Felt a little dodgy with long term tenants in other units, some sleeping on balcony. Very noisy right next to the motorway but earplugs provided on bedside cabinets. Unit had a few small issues like cabinet fronts falling off, burn marks on kitchen bench etc that made it feel a bit tired. Overall a good enough stay but overpriced for what it was.

Apartment overlooked motorway. Lots of road noise. Too noisy to sit out on balcony or have ranch sliders open.

Location was perfect, close to CBD, spacious well equipped and clean. Great value for money.

Didn't like the main bedroom not being private with open partition to the lounge. Wifi did not work on the 8th floor.
