Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The studio was excellent. It is spacious and comfy. On arrival the AC was set to a nice and cool temperature which we appreciated a lot after a long and tiresome travelling in the hot weather. Having a charging station for your phone and other devices was also a nice touch. The bathroom was super clean and in great condition. Overall there were a lot of small but significant things in the studio that were well thought out that we appreciated a lot

Excellent location, close to city centre. Easy walking distance to the shops, art gallery, museum and hospital. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great view of the park and the Sky Tower from my room. So handy to have a kitchenette for meal prep and a washing machine and dryer for doing my laundry.

CanadaDue to public holiday, all management was off for 2 days. Not a problem, we were capable to make our bed and take care of garbage, but it will be great if extra garbage bags and coffee supplies are provided.
Location is good. Very close to all main attractions, groceries shops, shopping area, public transportation. Room size was sufficient for two of us including kitchenette. Was given room facing to the park (as per our request) and we very recommend it. You have a park view and see the tower right from the balcony. Was very convenient to watch New Year firework. We came at 12pm and our room was ready for us.

ThailandHousekeeping. Our room was not cleaned for 2 consecutive nights 🥲. We stayed there for 9 nights. 2 nights were a public holidays, totally understandable for housekeeping days off. But the other 2 nights after that before checking out we didn’t get a clean room which is not acceptable.

Loved as we were running late due to traffic the receptionist called to check we were ok & to remind us that reception closed at 5pm. Arrived on time to a welcoming & kind greeting from the said receptionist. Arrived in room & everyone was so please about how clean it was, everything was better than we all expected, great views of Sky Tower & surrounding area. Easy walk downtown & the Viaduct, nice experience for our South Island Visitors. Thank you & we will be back.
