The windows create no noise control from a very noisy street nor do they have any insulation properties, it was freezing. Had to have the curtains close the entire time to try keep heat in. There is window seal hanging off and flapping into the window. No ventilation in the bathroom what so ever which isn't good in such close living space. Shower is so powerful that the bracket has come out of the wall and the shower head falls of the hook almost hitting you in the head. In all honesty it looked tired and that some basic maintenance had been done, also changing from ducted to just a single heat pump doesn't really work.

2 power sockets not functioning. Dirty Dusty smell upon entering. Front door large bottom gap causing big draught. Beds looked as if sheets and pillowcases not changed. Carpet looked if it really needs a good clean. No shower gel replaced by cleaning staff after previous guests

We were only meant to stay 2 nights but then we booked another night because we didn’t want to leave. It was just overall amazing!! We loved it soo much. Amazing apartment and views of the Sky tower and Harbour bridge. Lovely staff. Great price. So many restaurants and food places close by.

Everything was amazing!!! From the apartment to the breathtaking view of the sky tower from the balcony. Loved it sooo much!! We booked this apartment suite for my partners 30th celebration and it was just beyond our expectations. We are planning to come back again soon.

Parking: Our fault for not booking and option of across the road terrible pricing. Its petty but the rug at the entrance was tacky.

We didn't have B/Fast. The location and price were in our budget. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable clean and tidy.

The pictures look much better than the reality, but it was ok. Furthermore, it might not happen often, but at the appartment on the floor below us, there as a party going on for the entire weekend, with loud music and screeming. I went to talk to them myself at night, which helped a bit. After checking out, it turned out they, at the reception, knew and even the neighbours had complained but they could still continue. So therefore, not a really pleasant stay for us. However, if this was only once, I would still recommend the location.

The location was awesome, and having a large balcony is nice (when the weather is up to it).

Room was cold even with aircon turned up, no hot water for shower one morning. Absurd jug with cord that did not stretch from plug to bench/table. No stairs from 1st floor to ground so delays when lifts busy.

Happy with apartment. Really comfortable bed. Quite insulated from city noise, given the central spot. SkyCity 5min's walk including the SkyDrive airport buses. Security conscious hotel. Just a thought re automated glass sliding doors to street + after hours. Might pay to reduce the time they stand open if timer allows you to.

Could not get in after hours. Using intercom was impossible to hear. When they tried to open the door, it wouldn't work, and I had to wait outside for a long time. Also, I was not able to access the rugby game. Not Impressed and will not stay there again

Location, did not feel safe outside and noise. I stay in Auckland cbd a lot and haven't had such a loud location. Cot provided as the second bed option instead of 2 singles. Really uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on.
