The online customer service responded slowly and perfunctorily. The washing machine was broken and only produced hot water. I contacted the counter and online customer service staff but still couldn't solve the problem. As a result, my clothes were damaged.

unfortunately the air conditioning wasnt working properly. A cooling machine was provided but was pretty useless. Also we were only allowed one key which was needed for entry to the building plus the lift, so one person couldnt stay in the room if power required or go out separately etc.

Good location = was able to walk to the viaduct and sky city. Great shower. Nice clean apartment

Unfortunately, the after hours service after 5pm was literally nonexistant. Just after checking in, the laundry machine broke halfway through forcing us to call the after hours emergency number (only number available). We were told nothing could be done until the morning (we were checking out in the morning). Didn't really want to spend almost $400 to handwash laundry for a couple hours for a one night stay. On the morning of the checkout, the receptionist had no idea what had happened either until we told her, so there's no communication among staff.

Coming here on New Year's Eve, there was an excellent view of the Skytower from the balcony.

The apartment smelled like mould from the second we opened the door, this smell of mildew and mould stayed and kept getting more noticeable, the fan in the bathroom does not work yet there is a dryer and no ventilation. The soap was heavily diluted with water about 70% I would say and sprayed everywhere upon using, it was also bright blue so this was disappointing going all over white clothes just before heading out. The toilet was actually disgusting, there is a thick 3 inch rim of black mould and dirt stained, this would need to be sandpapered off I hate to think how long this toilets been neglected of a proper clean. Both mornings but especially the last I woke up feeling sick/nauseated and all I could smell was mould I actually threw up from the overwhelming smell. when you take a shower the bathroom becomes saturated with water all over the walls/floor. I was also emailed by quest asking me to write a positive review for them and them telling me “by the way we are refurbishing in 36 months so please give us a positive review” this indicates to me they know full well that room was not adequate for guests to be staying in.

Phones weren’t working to be able to ring through for car parking ahead of check in, cleanliness lacked - carpet throughout the hotel and room was stained, walls marked ip with scuffs and holes, the room smelt musty and it didn’t feel/ look clean.

Shabby dodgy entrance next to graffiti on vape shop boarded up as windows broken. Opposite city mission, area doesn't feel safe after 11pm. Bed was 5/10 for comfort. No duvet just one blanket...sheets clean. Bathroom clean, shower powerful and hot, but hung crooked and sprayed the wall not the centre of the cubicle. Couldn't correct it. In bathroom was a washing machine and drier. Very handy, didn't check if they worked, but heard someone else checking out saying theirs didn't work. Staff didn't seem too interested. No heater in bathroom and extractor fan not working. No window to let out steam, so after 4 nights had become quite stale. Airpump in bedroom not working. No heating. Used pump to circulate air with door open. No windows that could be opened in room. So room became airless at night. As other reviews state, decor, carpets and bedding old and tired. Place needs a make over. Very little effort made to present this property. Cleaners are doing their best to make it habitable. Overall not satisfactory. Will not return.

Great location for city centre...but..., staff friendly, not sure they would resolve any issues though. Quiet building.

Really noisy in the room, staff didn't seem to know what was going on, a bit all over the place, wouldn't stay again. Hard to park car there, had to check into get space but hard to park outside.

The windows were filthy. The toilet kept running and couldn't flush because the button popped out. The towel rail was falling off. The A/C was very loud and did not circulate so the room was stuffy.
