Hope you will improve the cleanliness of the bedsheets and pillows cases. It's not bad. But I believe this place will be a perfect one if you guys focus more about it. Other than that everything is perfect.

This is a beautiful place. Whoever owns this place makes sure that you will find everything you need to enjoy this place. We were staying in the family suite. It was very close to perfection. Netflix, a good size TV, big fridge, all the kitchenware, not one but two coffee machines, books, games, dart board, hammock, high pressure smooth shower, carbon monoxide detector, moisture and temperature sensor, a good size BBQ, a video game console and etc. All these small things made this place a gem. To be honest, I was pretty impressed. This place will make sure to show you one of the best sunsets. Privacy is superb. Clean and tidy place. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will come back again for sure.

This is not a criticism but just something for future guests, the driveway and turning area are somewhat difficult for a larger vehicle (we had a ute)

Everything was perfect (except for the weather but that was nobody’s fault). The house was very comfortable and homely - nice personal, warm touches that made it feel like home, not a hotel.

Absolutely everything is here, including bedding and towels. We literally only had to bring food and clothing. Kathy was a delight to deal with. The accommodation was clean and the bedding was luxurious. Good water pressure. Beautiful views. Five stars.

The bed was lovely, with quality sheets, but the use of a sheet and blankets instead of a duvet was very frustrating. We got tangled up during the night and had to get up to readjust things.

Absolute gem of a place. Everything inside was high quality and the view from the terrace was spectacular -- just a wide swath of native forest stretching all the way to the sea.

The only negative was that there was little response from the proprietors/owners to our communications and the few responses provided tended to be confusing.

View was fantastic. Location was superb. Unit was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant in Piha is only open 3 or 4 days a week so be prepared to self-cater.

The location is fantastic with a tremendous view out to sea. It is very quiet (unless you don't like the sound of cicadas!) with the only building in sight being the sister property. The property was clean, well presented, and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay on at the property until later in the day due to the timing of our flight.
