Our host, Jan, was wonderful. She is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She assisted us with recommendations when we asked. Jan arrived at our apartment each morning with a tasty, hot breakfast to start our day. The apartment is spacious, full of light, and very comfortable. We wish we had booked our stay longer.

Me and my wife stayed here for two days and it was one of the most amazing experience. We were warmly welcomed by Jan at our arrival. Nice and clean facilities, large space and comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious as well. Strongly recommended!

Home from home. The property was spacious and exceptionally clean. Washing machine was very useful and the dishwasher a bonus. Jan was warm and friendly and provided us with a lot of information on the area - what to see and where to eat. Jan cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning too. There was so much to do in Rotorua. Highly recommend the Polynesian Spa.

Jan was a most wonderful host. She made us welcome from our arrival until our departure 4 days later. She directed us to the major sights to see. Her cooked breakfasts were tailored to our specific requests and were delcious! The apartment was very large and comfortable. Highly recomended!

Jan was a superb host. She was really friendly and welcoming. Her breakfasts set us up really well for each day's activities. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and felt like a home from home. Jan's local knowledge helped us choose some excellent restaurants. The garden was great for sitting in the sunshine and relaxing at the end of a busy day. If our travels take us to Rotorua again, we would love to stay with Jan again!

We had a fantastic stay here. Jan was a terrific host and provided us with loads of information on the area. The suite was warm, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were able to do some washing here too which was a bonus! Breakfasts were also great! We really enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave!

Long walk into city centre but we knew that when booking. However, there is lot of free parking when you drive into town.

Jan is a wonderful host and we had a lovely stay in her place. From her friendly greeting to her delicious cooked breakfasts to her great local advice, this was one of our best stays in a long holiday. Her place is comfortable, spacious and has great facilities and you are made to feel like a friend of Jan's as soon as you arrive. We would definitely stay there again if we revisited Rotorua

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and were very impressed with both the property and Jan, the host. The place looks brand new and is quite roomy, quiet and comfortable, and Jan was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and the B&B was in easy driving distance of major sights as well as downtown restaurants. The fresh roses on the table were a nice touch.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is for a couple really big, completely separate and private from the owners house and full equipped. It's close to all things to visit in Rotorua and also the owner was very friendly. We really recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay here! Jan was so helpful and friendly, and gave us lots of great recommendations. The house was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed and more! Great cooking facilities, and a lovely little garden. And a brilliant breakfast in the morning to top it all off. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Jan’s for 3 nights. Jan is a gracious and warm host with great recommendations on where to visit. It’s clear that Jan takes pride in hosting guests - the home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable and the home is very well-equipped with high quality cookware and branded appliances. There’s also a library stocked with books, magazines, and board games. This bnb is also really convenient- just a short drive away from the main area in Rotorua. Despite the proximity to town, it’s situated along a quiet road in a residential area so it’s pretty quiet and we had a restful time after busy days of exploring. We’d love to return one day and will definitely stay at Jan’s!

Jan is an excellent host. She is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She provided a lovely cooked breakfast to suit your requirements. The accommodation is first class. It is clean, immaculate and light and airy. There is off street parking and a beautiful courtyard garden at the rear.

Nothing at all!

This place was so easy to find, even though it was dark when we arrived. Jan, our hostess, made us feel welcome, and we settled in for a very comfortable night's sleep. The living area, separate from the bedroom, made so much sense as one of us had some work to catch up on. The hot breakfast Jan served us was very welcome. She is warm, caring and very helpful and introduced us to her lovely garden. We had an early start the next day and she happily agreed to serve us an early breakfast to save us time. This place is in a quiet and charming neighbourhood yet is so central. We had a car and drove around, but the beach is close by and has many dining options.

A easy flat 25 minute walk to the city in good weather however plenty of taxi options if needed. 15 mins by car from tfe airport.
