No air conditioner in the room which was really stuffy when we arrived couldn’t get it comfortable during our stay even with window open (but closed overnight due to security concerns being ground floor). Also the softest bed ever and not in a good way. The edges of the bed literally had us almost rolling out of it at night. Definitely due for an upgrade.

Right ons were a little old style but for one night, was suitable for an overnight stop. Rooms did have a slight smell it could be there room fragrance

Nothing at all. It was very pleasant. Not exceptional in any way but totally what is advertised and a comfortable, happy stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Mel, a trainee customer service consultant, was incredibly welcoming. There is lots of parking near hotel rooms. There is a staircase to the second floor. Our room was very comfortable. We had a little balcony overlooking the main reception area and the mountains beyond. We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that area looking very well maintained and cosy. The hotel was in a great location. Everything within very easy walking distance.

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded from a standard room we booked 4 months earlier to a superior but we paid over $150 more than if we had just walked in off the street that day. Along the way we have paid far less for a much better room and far, far better bed. The bed in room 107 definitely needs to be replaced before anyone else loses a nights sleep. When travelling on holidays, or at any other time, a good mattress is imperative.

The view of the glacier from our room and the dining room was spectacular. It was quiet and close to restaurants and other shops

We had a downstairs unit and could hear upstairs everything including toilet seats up and down which was very noisy and hard to sleep.
