We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There has been an effort to cost costs, so no biscuits, no bathroom extras, like a shower cap, for the money you pay, these should be there, even an average priced motel would have Sky or Netflix. There was an evacuation, when the fire alarm sounded, we never saw one member of staff, surely they must have drills and training ????
Its a lovely hotel and I have stayed many times.

AustraliaWe were looking for a quick, early dinner at 6pm but they said the restaurant was booked out, however I don't think they had bookings till 7pm. We mentioned that we wanted a very quick meal, they suggested that we could eat from the restricted bar menu, which we did. We did leave before the bookings came into the restaurant, so we were a bit disappointed that they didn't try to accommodate us or even offer us the full menu in the bar area. However, the food was excellent. I can only suggest that maybe a little bit of flexibility could have occurred in this matter.
Food was excellent. Pool was lovely on a hot afternoon. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Our room was spotless, large, well appointed, and the bathroom was excellent, with a huge walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast was copious, with a good choice of food. Location was perfect, very central on the bay, and perfect for a nice walk down into town or to the other end of the bay, where the views across to the snow capped peaks were fabulous.
