Great location, friendly staff, and large common areas. Despite booking a bed in a mixed dormitory, in my room we were only 3 and all female which was quite nice. There are no lockers in the room, but definitely enough space for everyone and a convenient big “drawer” under the bed. Very nice stay in this place, I would recommend it!

The layout of the house itself is a bit confusing, so finding my way to the kitchen and back was a bit weird the first time.

Nice hostel with all the amenities needed. A bit of a pain to have to find parking elsewhere, but luckily enough free parking street spaces were available, not that far away. In walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars and the lakefront.

This was probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at yet, I was hesitant when I saw the price but having now stayed here I get it. It is super clean, the shared kitchen is huge, beds were comfy and clean. Staff super friendly. Good location, close walk to town & lake but also quiet at night.

The side of the building was noisy compared to the time before with new world carpark guess it is first in first served. Missed an upgrade for the final night but someone else got one when overbooked after 10 nights an upgrade would have been nice, the new arrival told me they got free upgrade. The blinds banged with the windows open which you needed Great earplugs. Wonderful staff. Bathroom door very dirty.

No parking on site. The 30 minute drop off spots were full when we arrived so we parked in the New World lot next door. After checking in and unloading, we had to move the car down the street to designated spots.

Great location for walking to the lake, groceries, and eating/drinking establishments. Hostel style hotel with common area though we had a queen en suite.

1. No problem finding street parking but have to search... sometimes, can be ~100m or more away from hostel. 2. The few 30-min parking lots in front of hostel for loading/unloading is almost always occupied.

The single beds were narrow with a tendancy to roll away from the wall. Perhaps the beds have lockable castors which happened to be unlocked.

The location was wonderful, particularly so in relation to shopping and restraunt district. We especially enjoyed the sizable and well laid out, and well appointed kitchen and outdoor area. A very clean bathroom which contained products. Nice!

The room for 3 people may be a bit small but I am very satisfied. The facilities in the accommodation are complete. The bathroom is clean. The kitchen and living room are as presented. There is no parking, but the staff are good and friendly. It is close to the city center. You can walk to the lakeside. It is close to the supermarket. It is convenient and worth the money.

- We were in a twin room, but only one of the beds was next to an outlet. This is such an obvious miss and was surprising to find in a hostel that should understand details like this. - The room didn't have AC, but we were comfortable keeping the window open - The hostel doesn't have specific parking, but there are many options nearby - Reception / check in closes at 8:00pm. We found this to be incredible early, but the staff does offer late check in if you let them know in advance.

- Great well stocked kitchen, although lighting the burners could be difficult. Complementary tea/coffee/milk also offered. The hot chocolate mix was excellent! - The room had good amenities and was clean with a good shower - Great location in downtown Wanaka. A supermarket and parking are right next to the hostel.

The room with ensuite bathroom was ok although the mattresses were not so comfortable and there were drafts from the closed window. However the place was very welcoming, especially the kitchen and the living room.
