It was great but we were there in the tail of a cyclone . Power went off limiting the water supply etc . Really it was fantastic as far as humanly possible

I cannot fault anything. I wish I had stayed longer.

The unit is spacious and stylishly decorated. They provided everything you ever needed. The property and the unit is impeccably cleaned and fully equipped. You will not fall short of anything. They even provided you weetbix and porridge sachets. Very thoughtful. The amenities provided are of superior quality, they are not a bar of soap wrapped in plastic or shampoo in a small tube, they are all higher-grade products. Quite generous. The bed, sheets, linens, towels, and pillows are at their best. I had the best sleep ever. The view from the unit, which is on the hill, was stunning. The pictures shown at booked dot com are exactly what they are. Better in reality. Veronique, our host, is hospitable and welcoming. The two dogs, CoCo and Loki, are so kind, energetic, and playful. They guarded us around and didn’t make any disturbing noise at all. In all, it was a great stay. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place on Booking dot com.

Super clean, tasteful and at a very high standard of design and craftsmanship. The bed was fantastically comfortable. Finding an espresso machine and ground coffee was an unexpected delight. The property grounds are all well kept with fabulous views out to the sea. Great sunrise out of the full height glass doors/windows.

Everything exceeded expectations. Perhaps a second wine glass and a less temperamental coffee machine that needed to be turned on and off to get ester flow threw the coffee head

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We usually stay in Whangarei. The location was relaxing. It was 30 mins away from the city.

The location was amazing. The accommodation was extremely nice with particularly lovely decor and it was exceptionally clean. We do not eat porridge, however there was a packet containing some wheat box. However it was good that we had our own supply for having toast and a cup of tea for our breakfast. There was the provision for a great coffee.

The shrubs were a bit high and hid the amazing ocean view when sitting outside.

Didn’t use the breakfast really, but the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We also had access to a bbq which was a bonus.

Not a big deal at all - there was only one full toilet roll and 2 mostly finished rolls and the kitchen roll was on the very last sheet and we didn't see any spares. We just bought our own but it was not a big deal at all, I know the owner would've helped and sorted something but we just took the quicker route as we were doing to the shops anyway. Also, a replacement shower head might be a consideration as it has a considerable amount of limescale buildup.

It is beautiful property and we loved our time on it. It is well appointed and we loved the relaxing views. Thank you for the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The bed was very comfy!

Very peaceful calm relaxing energy. Cute and exceptionally well behaved dogs. lovely clean facilities nice private space lots of room. this is the best coffee and coffee machine in a B&B outside of Rome excellent selection of books
