New ZealandUp to seven people can stay at this facility and that's too many in my opinion. With shared facilities, there needs to be a separate toilet. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to go to the toilet whilst other guests used the bathroom. If I had been in a situation where I couldn't wait, it could have been disastrous. YOU MUST ADD A SECOND TOILET. This accommodation is a three bedroom unit with each room rented out to strangers, It was very uncomfortable sharing the property in that way. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this place for all these reasons.

New ZealandIt's obviously a new listing and the owners are not experienced in letting out rooms. The beds had bases only and not mattresses. They did provide foam squabs but these are not sufficient. Wifi is terrible and worked less than 10% of the time in a reliable way. Ended up chewing through our own data. They will also need to be mindful of the noise they make upstairs (family & visitors) disturbing people trying to sleep downstairs.
It is in a great location, easy to get to the motorway and only a few minutes from the main mall. The house is modern and warm. Nice deck and easy parking. Lovely touch providing a coffee maker.
