Charming guesthouse in the centre of Nizwa, we really like the traditional style of the room and house. Close to the fort and souq. The host was very nice, they welcomed us and gave us presents. They offer breakfast just few metres away of the guest house. We would stay again.

We planned to stay for two nights, but ended up staying three nights because we liked it so much. The hotel is located in the historic centre of Nizwa. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

everything was perfect.

The Inn was located in the perfect position within the old medina in Nizwa. We were coming in from australia and had no idea what to expect but were super excited to see where the inn was located and what was ahead of us. Wonderful kind and attentive reception upon arrival. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and felt super exotic for our first visit. Absolutely everything was in very easy walking distance and it was a pleasure returning each day to the private roof top terrace for a drink and sneaky ciggie. We loved this location, host and accomodation. Highly recommended.

Ideally located in Nizwa old town, clean and well equipped boutique hotel with a particularly welcoming host and staff. Try to sit down with Ahmed, the host, for a cup and of gahwa in the evening and learn the history of Nizwa old town and local date varieties. Entrance to Al-Aqur wall is a few meters away. There is a large parking 20 meters from the hotel (but be careful driving into the old town in large cars in busy evenings). Tourism is rapidly developing in the very cute Nizwa old town.

Amazing service and hospitality. Beautifully renovated. Walking distance to the main Nizwa action. Extremely comfortable bed, great air-conditioning. Good hot water and water pressure. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

The staff were phenomenal and extremely welcoming. I had booked a king bed in error and they offered to bring an extra bed for my son. It’s a perfect location. We parked in the main souq parking overnight without any problem. The room was underground which meant we slept well because there were no windows or noise. Thee a cute welcome basket of snacks and plenty of coffee etc

Perfect stay - the place is very beautiful and authentic. The location is right in the middle of old town, making it super easy to explore beautiful Nizwa. The hotel is very comfortable and has all you need. But most importantly the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I had problem with arriving very late, but Ammar was always in contact and let me in. He and all of the other people were super helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Al Aqur View Inn was in a word: great! Both the staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and the goat market is practically around the corner. I would definitely recommend the stay

We really felt at home here! The owner went out of their way to ensure we have everything, lended us a charger adapter when we forgot ours, gave us good local recommendations and nice coffee and dates every time we passed the lobby. The location is right in the city center and the rooms are exactly like in the pictures.

I have rarely experienced such hospitality, the staff was very accommodating and fulfilled every wish. The managers Ahmad & Raghu were very friendly and gave useful tips about the surrounding area. The location of the accommodation was also excellent, you are right in the center of the old town of Nizwa. The rooms at the accommodation are just as beautiful as they are in the pictures. Everything is very clean and you feel comfortable. InshAllah I will come back sometime.
