We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitRoom service cleaning could have been a little more prompt . Had to call thrice before they showed up. The expat staff could use little training in hospitality . Perhaps a few more rooms could be allotted for smokers. They have the 1st floor but it was full and I was allotted the 3rd floor so had to keep going down .
The location and the entire venue was great. Shoutout to the Omani staff especially at reception who were so helpful and kind.
