The location is great. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are vertly comfy. The shared kitchen was available to prepare tea/coffee/light breakfast. Drinking water was provided. The owner of the place is friendly and guided us well on hoelw to arrange our activities. He also helped to arrange transfer from/to Muscat. We had a beautiful terrace with the view of the oasis farms and old village. The entrance to the walking path inside the farm area was nearby and we had a great walk to reach the old village.

The bright lights in the room were a bit over stimulating, but the room was clean & comfortable.

The view was spectacular! In line with the sunrise. The balcony was really great! I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The shower is a wet room and the mattress is quite hard but they are very commonplace in the rooms we stayed in during our travels around Oman.

No furniture at all, except the bed. It may be ok for Arabs sitting on the floor but if you do not have a table, and chairs to sit or read it does not make it very confortable

While many tourists choose to experience a stay in a mud houses in Misfah, me after staying in a couple of cramped rooms, I decided to try something more modern-day just for comfort and I am glad I did- Misfah View is super clean, very comfortable beds (note- hard mattresses- if you like them soft, this might not be for you, but for me its ideal), hot strong shower, spacious rooms, large balconies overlooking old Misfah town. You can drive to visitors parking in less than a minute and walk another 5 minutes- very convenient to reach. The host is kind and helpful- wonderful Omani hospitality. nd also the price of the property is very fair. A kitchen with free water is a big bonus.

The beds are pretty hard, but overall the location exceeded our expectations.

Very friendly welcome. The rooms are large and offer a great view on old the old village. The short walk to the city center through the farm is not to be missed. We liked that we could park our cars right in front of the property and enjoyed the balcony and (joint) kitchen supplies.

Very nice location with view to Misfah old town and to the gardens. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The owner is extremly friendly and helpful and even let us stay much longer in the dinig area after regular checkout time. Very recommendable 👍

The owner was very friendly, the room was very clean and contained everything I needed. The location was amazing. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre, but the centre is somewhat touristic, so I didn't mind a 10 minute distance. The farms in the valley are so so beautiful, I wandered around for hours and hours

View from the balcony was amazing. Good hot shower. AC was good. Lots of water and dates available. Beautiful walk through the farms to get to Misfah. Host Yousef was very friendly and helpful with lots of good local advice. Parking was convenient.

The bed was very firm.

Yaqoob was extremely welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The location is great as it’s only a very short drive or very short walk to the old Misfah village where the walks start. The rooms are a great size with lovely balconies overlooking the valley.
