There were one or two staff members who could use some training as they weren't very pleasant to deal with, and I opted to avoid them as much as possible. Because of the dusty area around the hotel, they should prioritize deep cleaning the rooms more often. Old towels that are fraying and have loose threads should be taken out of use.

The place was comfortable and fairly clean. Most of the staff were helpful and accommodated my requests. It's good value for money and the rooms are a decent size. We had food delivered, and the place was easy for the riders to find. It's close to the airport, and areas of interest like the Grand Mosque, malls, and beaches aren't too far away.

The hotel is situated at very convenient location. Very near to Muscat Express way & easy approach to all places of interest in and around Muscat. The room was spacious for 3 people. The staffs are excellent. The breakfast is a mixture of continental, Indian & Arabic tastes and is very tasty. The sunset view from west side rooms of the hotel is excellent.

Great location for late night arrival, only 10 minutes from the airport. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel located near the airport. Courteous staff and clean rooms. The only issue is the road connecting the hotel to the main road is not visible to most Otaxi drivers, when you book a cab. A signboard is needed to point the drivers to the location of the hotel.

The location, although close to the airport, is not easily accessible by the road. Almost all the cab drivers, especially OTaxi drivers, get confused while trying to reach the hotel. They keep circling around. A signboard needs to be put pointing the direction of the location of the hotel.

Bad wifi in case you are in a room not with a WiFi or for from it as there isn't a WiFi outside for the entire floor. So request a room with a router in case you are coming for business. They moved my room for this and it was OK after. Rooms are good but some are noisy with wind whistling through the windows even if they are closed. Better to take a room away from the highway.

Location is prime and close to where I needed to be for business. Staff are so friendly, and helpful. Food was really good and breakfast was nice. I ordered room service dinner fish and chips it was delicious. Room cleaning is good.

There was only instant Nescafe coffee at the breakfast buffet.

We chose this hotel because we flew to Salalah on the next day and it was really close to the airport (not more then 10 min by car). The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was good, but the variety of food could've been bigger.

This property is only for those business travellers who prefer locations close to Airport. For those who would prefer an area next the place which has hospitals; pharmacy; laundry; supermarket; beach; malls at walking distance or access to some of the tourist spots in Matrah, then this is not the property you're looking for.

The location is quite far away from most of the attractions, so you will have to spend more taking the taxi.

The staff are extremely friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained.
